The breakfast and lounge area look very nice, it’s a newer property so everything is still in great condition. They have a snack corner (pretty expensive) but convenient and worth it if you don’t want to drive. Had no problems checking in or getting extending my stay. Love the room has so many outlets on every wall. Made it very easy for me to work and the kids were able to charge their phones and tablets.

The room we are in is right under the stairs so you hear the door all night plus the people running up and down the stairs. The breakfast is basic. Same thing every day. They charge $10 per child each night. The WiFi was spotty most nights I ended up having to use my hotspot on my phone to work.

The hotel lobby was very clean and looked modern. The room size was big and the bathroom was large, too. You didn't feel cramped in this place. I especially liked the staff. Friendly and eager to say hello to all of their people.

After I booked and checked in, I realized that this hotel was meant for long term stays. People staying there had been there for a while and had made themselves very comfortable. Some leaving their doors open and talking loudly to their neighbors down the hall. The smell of marijuana was prevalent from a door right by the elevator so no way to avoid it. And because of it's location on a busy road, making a left hand turn out of the parking lot was a matter of life or death.

Bed. Bathroom lighting. Location.

Mildew smell in room. Man at check in was awkward. Asked for quiet room but put me next to stairs(Rm 101 or 103 I can’t remember) there were ppl going up and down all night. Loud when the stairs are not carpeted kept making my dog bark. Lighting in room was strange, some lights didn’t turn on. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work made me suspicious of a hidden camera. Hair dryer did not work. Breakfast was lacking.

The room entrance door had a very large gap around it. Allowing a very large amount of light to come in,, and sound to come through into our room. The bathroom sink was clogged with something that didn't allow the water to drain. Debris would float up out of the drain. This was very unsanitary. The front desk was notified at checkout. Overall, our stay was nice. My kids loved making waffles in the morning.

The hotel was really clean and bright. Had a lovely big room very spacious and clean. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Plenty of shops and food around the area.

The only negative for us was the WiFi on the evening was non existent which was annoying as we are from the UK and needed to book accommodation. The only other thing was guest above I’m sure was big foot. At 3 am we were woken by heavy feet stomping up and down their room above.

VERY clean and location is one of the best in that area. I commend you for the overall experience especially the cleanliness. One of our main reasons for picking this area was the lower crime rate than most of the other cities in that area. So thanks to you for the room and the police that help minimize the crime!!!!

Breakfast could have been better.

I liked the location, the clean facility, comfortable bed, and the nice staff.

The breakfast was very basic for the price of the room. They had coffee, juice, muffins, cereal, and waffles. I would've liked some kind of meat like bacon or sausage.

I didn’t have the breakfast because I never woke up in time to get any.

There was an odor in our room (302) that got unbearable at one point. I bought room spray and continuously sprayed the room. I was told that it was musk because the air conditioner wasn’t on.

The room was clean. I liked how the mini fridge had an actual freezer. The TV worked!

The breakfast was lacking. Room had an initial smell, I don't know how to describe, but most hotel rooms always do.

The property was very well maintained. Our room was very clean. The bed was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was very clean with white beautiful towels.

Television was not close enough to an electric plug to use my fire stick.
