We loved the location of this hotel, it is just off the Highway in a nice suburb and very easy to access. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was very good; the children were suitably impressed with the Cinnabon rolls! The room was clean, beds were super comfy and the bathrooms were nice. There is a service station, Dairy Queen and a few other food options on the same block and it was a quick drive to other restaurants like Starbucks, Coltons etc. We will stay here again!

We were happy with our stay so not a dislike just more so feedback on communication. We did lose power over night and so breakfast was delayed on one of the mornings which an announcement of some sort would have been nice, so we weren't left wandering what was happening. This would not deter us from staying here again at all though.

The bed was super comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and smelled wonderful! The staff was exceptionally nice and were able to answer all my questions and take care of my needs. The rooms even had Keirig coffee machines! Loved this hotel. It was on par with resort hotels I have stayed at in the past. Super!

Need to check to see that the bed spread in between the sheets had some stains Where needed to be washed Other than that I always still come perpare to wipe down and sanitize my room. Even before covid Lighting in room could be little better not enough light for me to read before bed.

the beds seemed really clean, like I had fresh sheets on the bed.

there was hair everywhere in the bathroom just straggly pieces. especially in the shower. there was even some on the shower. it made the bathroom feel disgusting because it wasn’t cleaned

The staff was very nice and friendly very accommodating…

The only thing is that we had to let them know if we needed our room cleaned due to shortage of staff…

The room is large clean quiet great location this is where me and my family stay when we travel south to Memphis breakfast were great front desk was awesome

We liked the layout of the hotel and the room. we also liked the snack bar and drink/water stand right in the lobby. b

Our window shade did not go up or down! We “dealt” with it…But since we were there a couple days it would’ve been nice if we would’ve been able to raise and lower the shades.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. When we walked into the building they ladies at the desk greeted us with smiles. The room was clean. The breakfast was good.

Front desk clerk was always busy. She left a sign on the front desk saying she was helping a guest and she stayed out sitting on the bench or smoking a lot.
