This was the most enjoyable stay at a hotel that we’ve had in a while. The facilities were top notch, clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and attentive. We loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the breeze and conversation. There’s so much to love about this place; you’ll have to experience it for yourself. For the price range, I haven’t been to any hotel that compares. This place is a must if you’re visiting Tupelo and need a room. My husband and I will definitely stay again!

My only cons are that there was no microwave, the mini fridge was more like a soda cooler, and you have to ask to have your room cleaned if you’re not checking out.

We were celebrating our Anniversary. We had dinner at Jobo's, which was excellent. Friendly staff in the restaurant and in the hotel. The front desk sent up a gift bag for our Anniversary which was very nice. We really liked the location and enjoyed walking to the park close by. We would definitely recommend this Hotel to friends and family.

Only small drawback was that the smoke detector light would flash across the room when the lights were turned off. It was rather irritating. Clean beautiful room, however.

This property was GORGEOUS! So clean and comfortable and the location was perfect. We loved the style of the rooms and the beds were some of the most comfortable we have ever slept in. The bar was also great. Our bartenders were so fun and personable and gave great local recommendations. We stopped on our way back from Florida but I want to visit again just for fun! Stay here…you will love it!

Fantastic, quiet, safe location downtown. Walking distance to a beautiful park. Great photography opportunities in and around the hotel.

I'm a sucker for great 24 hour room service, but an on-location bar/restaurant is a close second. Would love to see more food options around the clock.

In downtown Tupelo rather than stuck out on a Highway, which I much prefer. Very stylish, both public rooms and bedroom, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Didn't use the bar or restaurant but it seemed lively. Car parking was simple on the street outside - I think they also had a car park but didn't need to use it. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Everything was fine - a breakfast included in the price would have been good as otherwise it's probably on the pricey side for such a small town.

There was an issue with a double charge for the room. When I tried to resolve the issue with the receptionist she was extremely rude and unhelpful. I ended up resolving the issue through Bookit. They had to contact the hotel for me.

The hotel itself had an awesome vibe, was extremely clean with a phenomenal shower head, and the bedding was superb!

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. If we would have had more time or been staying longer, we would’ve hated there wasn’t a pool.

Superb hotel! Friendly & welcoming staff, easy check in. Hotel superbly decorated, nice bar and ambience. Rooms are excellent with all the necessary facilities. Location is great for downtown Tupelo. Would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect. Walking distance to Cadence arena. The hotel was very clean. Hotel staff was friendly. Great positive attitudes. Room was clean, bed was comfy. I would Definitely stay here again.

My stay definitely met my expectations.

Everything was excellent. Check in was smooth and hospitable. The room was large, modern and clean. Location was awesome for the concert we attended (walked to and from). Very safe area, good restaurants around. The bar inside the hotel served great drinks and had great service.
