Super 8 by Wyndham-Tupelo Airport

The main room was very nice. Plenty of room very quiet in the lower unit.

We got a handicap (accessible is the hotel phase) room because my husband has mobility issues. This was a terrible slight remodel. Online said “walk-in shower “. It was the typical step in bath/shower combo. it had these massive safety bars around the shower head. It would have worked if they hadn’t installed a wheel chair access sink right next to side of the tub with the bars and the knobs and the shower head. No way someone with a mobility issue could turn on the shower grab the bars and pull themselves into to the tub. Handicap rooms should have WALK-IN SHOWERS. My poor husband had to take another stupid sponge bath. This is an issue with most hotels.

Very friendly staff. Pet friendly, we got to bring our puppy Axie. The pool was nice. Me and my boyfriend enjoyed our 2 night stay! Very quiet too! The location is close to a bunch of stores and food places too, which was very nice as well.

I liked it. Didn’t really have anything I disliked. Very well stay.

Good location for sure. Very appreciated and courteous front desk attendant. Decent prices considerably.

Housekeepers not keeping up with their daily duties. Therefore leaving issues to occur to be blamed on the the only employe around at the time which would be the front desk attendant.

Convenient to the freeway but far enough away to be quiet. Easy to walk to food and a convenience store. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Good value

Breakfast was lacking. Juice machine broken. Biscuits hard, gravy cold, no fruit

I am sorry that I didn’t write this the night I stayed because I forgot the name of the staff member that was on when I arrived he was very courteous and apologetic for the customer that was in front of me. The young lady that was there when I checked out was also nice along with the housekeeper that I met great staff

It was quiet and located just off the highway. The staff was pleasant and was trying to be funny, which after a long drive was a nice touch.

It needed to be updated.

I just want to thank Robert. He was on the night shift. I got to my room Friday night. The TV was not working. He came down promptly. The receiver had been stolen He went and got another receiver for my room. I also left my door key in the room Saturrday morning. He promptly got me another key to get in my room. I also asked for extra coffee pack. he supplied that as well.

The light was not working in the entry way. The parking lot needs some attention.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean

The housekeeper came knocking way to early When checkout time ain't till 11she knocked on my door at 800 in the morning
