I loved the location, it was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The facility is well kept and I loved the fact that it is smoke and pet free. Most hotels say smoke free, but you can still smell smoke and dirty carpet, but NOT this one, it is DEFINITELY smoke free. I have bad allergies and I couldn’t smell anything to set my allergies off. Thank you Best Western Plus for keeping your facility nice and clean. Their breakfast was good and there were a variety of choices. Location is within 3 miles of everything from family fun to dining. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will definitely return in the future. I am one happy camper. NO complaints here, not like others I’ve stayed in before.

I was hoping the pool stayed open at least until 9-9:30pm

Location was great. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and welcoming.

Booked a king with walk in shower handicapped accessible for my parents. Noted when booking in notes that it had to be a walk in shower. Was given a 2 queen with bathtub. Went back to the desk. Which front desk fixed right away to what i originally booked. Thermostat in my room was blank. Told staff a couple of times. Was told maintenance would take care of. The therermostat was broken new batteries that i put in didn't fix it. Maintenance never came by during the stay.

The front desk staff is the best. Alice and the general manager kept me really informed when the internet service was out due to a really bad storm before we arrived. They also had a great continental breakfast. It was close to everything and within walking distance of stores and restaurants.

The property could use some TLC. It’s an older hotel property but it could use some touch ups. It’s nothing that would hinder a stay at the property. Just needs some work.

The staff was very helpful and nice. I am handicapped and they went over and above making us feel welcome. It was my granddaughters 13th birthday. The lady at the front desk gave us a good recommendation for a nail salon. She was correct they are totally awesome at Nail Thec. When we were checking out the lady at the front desk told my granddaughter how pretty her nails were. That meant a great deal to me that she remembered why we were there and it made my granddaughter happy that she liked her nails.

I can't think of one thing that I would have wanted to be different.

I've stayed here on business trips many times over the past seven years. There is always fresh coffee in the lobby and attentive staff. Many hotels I have stayed at have dirty carpets or dank smells in the halls. I am always so impressed that this facility is sparkling clean and smells fresh and clean. The breakfast selection was just right and the dining area off the lobby is very nice. Whenever I'm in Tupelo there's no other place I will stay.

I can't really say I have any complaints-I guess I would have liked an awning over the outdoor patio area as it rained almost everyday of my stay.

Good room for the price with space and a comfortable bed, a well put together lounge with a friendly staff. Easy access to shopping and dining at some good local and chain restaurants and tourist locations.

The shower stall could use a little rethink, as it reminded me of a gym bay and water splashed out all over the floor outside of the shower stall; they ran out of milk days before which I would imagine an easy local purchase fix.

Staff was very friendly, facilities were clean and beds were very comfy, rooms were nice and roomy and there was a Keurig in the room which was great! Hot breakfast was very good!

Hot water for tub never got very hot, bathroom door closed itself so we couldn't leave the door propped a bit for light or the exhaust kept running, otherwise we were quite pleased.

Breakfast was good, but there is limited seating in dining area, so you very well may be standing to eat. Rooms were very clean, but pillows are not the best.

The elevator was broken when we arrived, so we had to hike up the stairs to the top floor with all of our luggage. With 2 young kids, this was not fun and a little irritating.

Super friendly staff. Everyone we came in contact with was smiling and helpful. Hot breakfast was wonderful. Clean room, clean and large breakfast area. Good location- lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

The side entrance door was broken, so no card was needed to enter the building. Not as secure as I'd prefer.

The room was spacious. It was very hot that weekend but the air worked well for the most part.

The air did not work in the third floor hallways on the way to the room after we stepped off the elevator. And the air conditioner in the hotel room cut off for far too long between bursts.
