The staff went above and beyond to make sure my kiddos and I were comfortable and taken care of! The rooms were super clean, as well as everywhere else (lobby, dining area, pool, outdoor seating areas)... my daughter wanted me to also mention she experienced her "most comfortable travel bed EVER!!!" Keep up the good work... y'all are AMAZING!

The only thing I could mention that I didn't like was the slick tile by the pool. We were cautious and careful, and it was nothing the staff could do. Management/owners may consider another option for pool safety.

We had a great stay!! The hotel is clean, the rooms are nice and spacious! Perfect for a weekend getaway or a long stay! The surrounding area is very convenient for common wants and needs

the only thing I would recommend is the staff remaining calm during storms/tornado warnings. If the host is uncomfortable then so are their/your guest. I’m from the area so I understand our weather but travelers are not and an anxious environment makes for an uneasy stay.

Ashley and Dani our waitress and bartender were excellent. We had a Very well prepared meal. My ribeye steak was a little thin but the chef was still able to prepare it exactly like I wanted it (medium rare.)

Overall everything about our stay was excellent! Thee improvements would be a clock above the don’t dive sign in the middle of the pool area. Also some hooks for your towels adjacent to the shower area and a shower curtain at the entrance for privacy while showering.

had a issue with the toilet but it was fixed asap the only other thing that bothered me is in the restaurant threw were 3 waitresses setting beside us doing silverware which is fine but they we're talking about the 4th waitress and being unkind that didn't set well with me they should not be talking about other people in front of pratons

Good position. Large, clean and comfortable room. Friendly staff. There is a washer and dryer that can be used free , if you are traveling on business this is a great thing.

The breakfast has to be improved absolutely, 16 dollars are excessive for some eggs and bacon, it is not up to the hotel standard. The restaurant should stay open a little longer.

The property was pretty great. It was clean and the staff were very nice.

my original dates were 3/18-3/20 but on 3/4, 2 weeks before the stay, i had to change it to 3/17-3/19. I received a confirmation for it as well. However, when I got there apparently they did not receive the date change and still had me checking in on 3/18. I almost didn’t have a room. the girl there was very nice and made it work but it was almost a disaster. I had my 8 year old and it was 9:30 at night when we were trying to check in. it would not have been good if I was without a room. If I’m going to continue to use Booking.com then I expect there to be better communication between Booking.com with the hotels I book. That was unacceptable. and I was very frustrated. Not sure where the breakdown in communication was.

Very clean, and the staff- I mean everyone- was just as nice as they could be. Janet our server at breakfast, was so kind and even though she was busy, made sure she stopped to chat with us. The check out team was great as well. This is our 2nd time staying here- it's the perfect stop on the way to Florida

We stayed over 4th of July weekend so the restaurant and bar wasn't available but that was our fault booking on a holiday. It would be nice if the rooms has USB ports available- there were several plugins but we forgot ours- again, completely our fault

Price was reasonable. Property was well maintained and up to date. Very clean. Beds were comfortable & bedding crisp & clean. Breakfast was included in the price & was restaurant style. Entire property was nice and inviting.

The only issue was noise. The people above us were unbelievably loud. The surrounding rooms slammed their doors and were in and out and loud in the hallways. I don’t know if we were just incredibly unlucky that day or if there needs to be better soundproofing done.

The location of the Holiday Inn & Suites was an easy distance to my medical appointment at the Endocrinologist located on Clark Blvd. The room accommodations were very comfortable, attractive, and clean. Quiet atmosphere. The staff were all very friendly, polite, professional and very helpful. They smiled and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job! My daughter and I are not smokers, so the Bonus question is not applicable.

I enjoy reading in bed at night, and it would be more comfortable to have a pillow bolster to support sitting up to read, and a better reading light. Having a copy of the local phone book, and a breakfast, and dinner menu that is offered at the hotel.
