The Sunday breakfast buffet was great. Best I've had at any hotel in years. I liked the location of the hotel. Not terribly far from all the attractions in Branson but just far enough to have peace and quiet at the end of the day.

It seemed like a majority of the smoke detectors were on the Fritz and the continuous beeping from all directions including in the room was rather annoying but other than that, not bad.

the breakfast was very good and it had plenty of variety. The room was nice and clean and it was quite and we didn't bring our dogs this time but glad to know that they are dog friendly and we were glad that the pool was an indoor pool so it the weather had been bad we could still use it and even the pool was nice and big and clean.

The room was not cleaned while we were out and we didn't realize that we needed to put a sign on the door and we didn't have one but that came to our attention that evening and we were leaving the next day so we just let it go. Not that big a deal.

The front desk was very polite & cordial, the hotel even though busy was very quiet. It was exceptionally clean & the emendates were nice. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of options and enjoyed they stayed open until 9;00am. It was minutes from Silver Dollar City very coinvent location. The view was facing the parking lot but the curtains offered privacy,

The breakfast was terrific, and what made it even better is that it is included with the room. I am in a wheelchair, the place had multiple ways for me to get from one place to another in the building.

The handicap room we used had a toilet that was loose and had material stuffed underneath the sides to try to stabilize it, it didn't work very well, it still rocks. The room had no extra, easy to use outlets for the wheelchair to charge overnight. Just one at floor level, behind the window covering. I can't reach the floor to use it. The toilet was too low, and the bed was too high. The front entrance had so much slope, my van scraped the underside badly when leaving.

We enjoyed the stay. The bed was extremely comfortable! It wasn’t loud at night like other hotels we have stayed at. Wasn’t in a busy part of town so we didn’t have to worry about traffic leaving the hotel. Good quality for the price.

Definitely not very many Parking spaces when it gets busy. Room could of been cleaned better as far as wiping down the tables but it wasn’t nasty.

Loved the room with patio door to the grass for my late night potty trips with my dog! Staff was super friendly at every interaction. Will come there every time we stay.

The only bummer to the trip was the paving of the lot and having nowhere to park as we were at the bottom end and had to park at the very top almost on the main street. I do understand it having to be done though which is why I still loved our stay there!!

Breakfast was good especially for being included. Staff was so helpful. Hotel was updated and contemporary. Beds were comfortable and loved having extra pillows. My child loved indoor pool and arcade. It's not that the arcade had a ton of games, but after going non-stop on the strip in Branson it was a nice downtime area before bed.

The pool could have been warmer.

This was our first time staying here and it exceeded our expectations. We were able to bring our dog and it was our first time staying at a pet friendly hotel. It did not smell like animals at all, which is what I was afraid of. The breakfast was amazing (husband said to add bacon though). My daughter loved the pool. Our room was ready when we checked in and the employees were very friendly.

When I booked—it showed 2 stars, I was hesitate but I rather spend money on doing new activities and on vacation we’re rarely in the hotel anyways. We got there there was a puppy (okay doggy) that greeted us which was such a relief because I had two dogs of my own.. and a lot of places act like it’s a sin so it felt welcoming instantly. The room was huge.. we could see the roller coasters at silver dollar city off the private balcony! There was a HUGE area for dogs to potty. The pool was also huge with one of the biggest hot tubs I’ve seen at a hotel. To top it off—breakfast was free and offered any thing you could think of!!

clean rooms, comfy beds, great breakfast with lots of choices, spacious dining area, nice game room, large pool, great location for us since we were going to silver dollar city. Best if all the staff was super friendly and would go above and beyond to make sure your stay was perfect.

baby pool didn't have water in it. they no longer have a shuttle to silver dollar city.
