Still Waters Resort

I have stayed here over 5 different times alway Hot tub was open, 10am till 9pm. Even states on their advertisement. When I got there, we were poached by a lady at the hot tub says they close at 7 o’clock. We won’t be staying there again.

Bed was firm and comfortable. Staff was responsive when a few minor issues were reported (drain & toilet paper holders falling off wall). Sheets and towels were great. Our condo was next to bldg to swap towels and get toiletries, so it was convenient. Located away from the hustle and bustle of Branson, but only approx 15 mins. Very close to Silver Dollar City. Check out was great. Just leave key cards in Condo.

Check in took 30 mins and did not seem simplified. Shower floor was stained and carpet felt like it needed to be cleaned. Because it was so close to Silver Dollar City, we got stuck in its traffic a couple of times.

Great room lots of space for family beautiful home and stayed in a three bedroom luxury with hot tub had a patio was great for the kids loved being right across I can walk across the parking lot to the slide and hot tub

I didn't like how fast the hot water ran out I was on the fourth floor and it took a long time for us to get water it didn't matter we weren't wanting anything else no water no like dishwasher no washing machine nothing but still didn't have hot water to fill our hot tub had to wait an hour in between just filling up the hot tub and then put more hot water in it so making it only lukewarm

I was in aware at first what I was going to however upon my arrival I was told all of the amazing perks of this resort including free use of lake vehicles I.e. kayaks paddle boards water trikes and peddle boats. Also they had 24 hr mini golf and arcade and multiple beautiful pools open from 10-10. Being an introvert by nature it had enough secluded areas that I didn’t feel overcrowded which was fantastic. I completely recommend anyone with or without children to go here for your stay in Branson.

The only complaint I really had was that the jets both in my room tub and the hot tubs were lacking in oomph but they were still nice none the less.

I loved the resort/apartment look. Very comfortable and relaxing. Waking up to see the lake out front was even better. So much space for the family. The washer & dryer was a major plus. Tons to do on the campus for FREE! I will definitely be back!

I didn’t like that the laundry area closed so early, therefore we weren’t able to exchange our dirty towels the last night. The staff at the front desk, I realized how nice she was to a man in front of me that was checking in late , so was I. She offered him coupons and free things, but once I got to the counter, my encounter with her was very rushed off. I did feel offended because I’m paying my hard earned money to stay here just as anyone else!

We stayed in building H it was perfect! The only thing that was bad is you could hear what is going on above. So if the tenants above have children you are going to hear them. It’s one of the rooms that have a room right next to you so it has the door from the inside to get acess to the other tenants room (of course they can’t get in w out you unlocking it) you can also hear what’s going on in the next room. But all in all it’s worth the money and the view is great!! So comfortable! The jet tub is amazing! Wi-Fi is ok could be better. Did not try anything food on site. But you can door dash

The resort was beautiful. The room was extremely clean and the beds were so comfortable. We enjoyed the pizza place there and even got coffee a few mornings. There was a really cool hang out spot to enjoy a drink and some outdoor games with the family. The game room wasn't too bad either.

The only thing I could say would be on the morning of check out we still had about an hour and a half before we had to leave. A lady over housekeeping knocked on our door and was checking if we had left yet. My in-laws were in another room and the same thing happened to them. The way the lady went about it made you feel very rushed and like they wanted you gone already.

Room, 3 swimming pools, 2 water slides, and beds were comfy. Really nice waterfall in pool and great spa's. Furnished kitchen was great. Rental boats are great. Cold A/C.

Elevator broke, told it was being fixed the next day, never was. Didn't have 2 person Kayak's, but they market for families, hard to do free marina actives with small kids without that, Did have water bikes but not really great for smaller kids, if they had a swim beach it would make up for it. Low water pressure, ran out of hot water quickly.

This property is not fancy but has an authentic and welcoming lakeside village vibe, is clean and family friendly. I prefer the substance and location over many of the newer and somewhat showy resorts in the area. The amenities at the dock, including kayaks, paddle boards, and aqua bikes were included in the cost and a great deal. Two of the three very nice outdoor pools were open. Access to a small but well maintained miniature course was nice. Most facilities are within a short walk or drive. Each unit has a balcony. The grounds are clean and green with mature trees, well kept lawns and paths. The gas grills are easily accessed in a central setting with playground, picnic tables, sand volleyball, basketball, and pools connected by nicely mulched paths. A variety of food trucks and well lit outdoor sitting areas around the property bring a modern edge to the nostalgic atmosphere.

The facilities are not new but clean and comfortable. Our studio with a kitchenette was the size of a very small hotel room without a closet, counter space, or storage and felt cramped. I suggest a one or two bedroom unit if you plan to do any cooking.

Enjoyed the view and staying on the bottom floor, on the backside! Wish there was a way to select this room each time we come. The room was spacious enough for our littles to play and had no stairs which was perfect for the little ones! I assume this room is used when younger (more likely to make a mess) ones are staying, it was fine, just first impression was like hmm.... it worked out perfect, we would prefer to stay in the same room when we return to Still Water. Being as we go to Silver Dollar City, we enjoyed being so close!!!

There were a lot of carpet stains, hair in bathtub....
