What an exceptional motel. When they say shady acres they mean it. Completely shaded with chairs outside each room. I sat outside with my coffee every morning we were there and watched the chipmunks play in the flower beds. The staff was outstanding and when we needed anything they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of to our satisfaction. The motel is located in West Branson far from the strip. It's a very peaceful quiet setting. Very relaxing. I cannot recommend this little motel high enough. I would give it six stars if I could!

We loved the family run spirit of the accommodations. The room was comfortable and clean. It was nice to be out of the hustle of Branson and soak in the hot tub. Great communication via text with the staff.

The light blocking curtains are great but the rooms would benefit from a sheer curtain to let light in during the day while maintaining privacy.

Right next to Dollar General and Silver Dollar City easy access to the park and like the setting back in the woods. I enjoy my second time when I originally stayed first time back in July of this year. Was Clean. Spacious rooms. Felt safe in a quite area. Will return when I go back to Silver Dollar City in 2023.

Friendly staff, clean rooms. Nice location in proximity to SDC. We have stayed here before and we will definitely do so again!

The same issue we had addressed the first time we stayed here…. The padlocks on the main doors do not work. This time, we did have a security chain but I always like that extra level of protection with a padlock when traveling with just me and my daughter. Also, rooms are very dark and would be nice for another main light!!! And a window shade behind the curtains would be nice since rooms are on ground floor and the curtains move around when school below it comes on, people walking by can see in your room

We loved this place!! It was very clean (a must for me!) The grounds were well kept and it was quiet. The beds were soft and comfortable and there was a table with chairs. Some of the more expensive places we have stayed at didn't offer alternate seating except one desk chair. You may think it is too far from the Theater district but it isn't. Only about 5 miles but the short drive is worth the serenity. Price was very reasonable too.

If you are looking for a clean, inexpensive place to crash while enjoying the lake during the day, this is the place!

The bathrooms were a little dated, but very clean.

The best cosy little place we have ever stayed. The staff is extremely friendly and outgoing. The rooms are well kept up, beds were very comfortable and the rooms were very spacious. Do yourself a favor and book some time in this little jewel of a place. It's the little things that make such a difference. For example, Saturday was my wife's birthday and they came to the door Saturday morning with a couple fresh cinnamon rolls and a birthday card for her signed by the staff. If you looking for a great place to stay and get away from the main drag of Branson this is the best you will get. It will be our go to spot from now on. COSY, FRIENDLY, CLEAN AND VERY WELL PRICED FOR WHAT YOU GET.

Clean, friendly, cutely decorated outside.

The property is getting older so rooms are looking dated, but the friendly staff keeps them clean. We were only staying one night, and the price was right. If we were staying longer, for a week or so, I would probably choose a newer property with a larger room.

The property was quaint, quiet, clean and the beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here and is close to everything in Branson.

I came in the off-season so there was no one at the office to greet me. What I didn’t know until after I checked out was that the owners live on property. And had I known that as a woman traveling alone I would’ve really appreciated it.

Perfect location to where we were going. Silver dollar city to see the Christmas lights. Booking was a breeze, staff was friendly, room was clean.

The toilet was wobbly and started leaking alittle when we left. But everything else was great.
