Great location, nice room for price, good continental breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, not just cereal and yogurt). If it hadn’t been so cold, we would have walked anywhere we wanted to visit.

The beds were meh, but that’s hotel sleeping, so no major complaints. Some of their policies seem to need updating online. They no longer have smoking rooms or allow pets, but thankfully we requested neither.

Breakfast was great .....the curb appeal needed little work but other then that was a great place .location was awesome ...the electric was working in the room we got...but to take care of this matter we were upgraded to an better room ..was really nice of them to do esp since we were on our 23 anniversary...I would stay there again

There really isn't much to change...all was good.

STAFF WAS A COMPLETE BLESSING, BEDS BEYOND COMFORTABLE, AC KEPT 65 DEGREES WITH 100 DEGREES OUTSIDE, BREAKFAST BEAT ANY OTHER CHAIN. UNDER NEW OWNERSHIP AND IT SHOWS. THE MAINTENANCE DEPARTMENT WAS BEYOND A BLESSING, DAY 2 WE HAD FLAT TIRES AND THE HOTEL PURCHASED AN AIR COMPRESSOR JUST TO HELP US OUT. THE MANAGER GREETED CUSTOMERS AND EVEN CLEANS THE POOLS. ROOM WAS CLEAN AND WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK. THIS PLACE IS DOING AN AMAZING JOB WITH MINIMAL STAFF.

The only downside would be the hotels main entrance. It's a little hard to see due to the location at the top of the hill. But good location on the strip!

The breakfast was great and the beds were comfortable and Mrs Amanda was great she got us 2 different show tickets,one was the Jesus show and it was great

Our room was not ready when we got there, we was suppose to check in at 4pm Saturday evening and it was 7pm before we got to check in and we stayed 3 nights and we didn't get any room service or fresh towels had to call front desk and ask bout more clean towels never got them called back later that night when we got back for clean towels and the front desk lady bought us some up to the room but other then that it was great and the breakfast was great too

More of the trash picked up outside,& sad smokers just throw their cigarettes everywhere.Our room was nice,but seemed slightly skimmed over in cleaning..far as the shower,& found a bag of chips behind the TV center.The hairdryer didn't work,& I was a little skeptical on the outlets that the hairdryer,& coffee pot were plugged into.Very loose connection.But overall,it was very nice,& we liked the view from our room.Close to good food,& sights Thats the one we want next time.

It was right on the strip and it felt safe. The staff was all friendly and it was clean.

I was told I was renting a quadruple room with 3 queen beds and a pull out bed. Upon arrival, it was a split room with 3 queen beds. It worked out because we had 3 kids and one was able to share a bed, but it would have been beneficial to know before hand.

The front desk lady was super nice. She found me a room away from others when I told her my son has allergies. Their pool was super clear without the chlorine. Breakfast pancakes are made fresh by a crew and not those stupid machines. Price was great after booking online. Branson itself is a tourist trap designed to bleed you of your money fast. Nothing at all was worth the money.. except Dominos pizza on the strip was top notch lol. IF we ever decide to go back I'llstay at this hotel for sure.

Beds were pretty hard.

Good location. Room spacious enough. The beds were comfortable. A/C worked but was loud and noisy. Just slightly beginning to show age.

Did I mention that the A/C was loud and noisy? Bathtub did not hold water. Breakfast eggs both mornings were watery.

The lady at breakfast is very friendly and the breakfast is very rich, much better than other places, the breakfast is hot and with variety

The showers need to be renovated, they are unpainted and look a bit ugly

We called the front desk couple of times and never got an answer-front desk didn’t seem to be manned. and asked to have trash service and clean towels but no make the beds that kind of thing and all they did was leave towels but didn’t dump the trash, and since there is only one little bitty trash can it fills up fast.
