Grand Crowne Resort by Capital Vacations

we always love this place, have stayed here at least 4 times. location is great. We get three rooms all connecting which works great for our family. Plenty of bathrooms and very comfortable beds. We love the indoor pool and hot tubs although one of the hot tubs was broken this time.

I wish the rooms had more than one recliner in the rooms. There are two adults in every room and some rooms aren't big enough for 2 but the main big rooms could have two. Another thing I didn't like this time, I left some nail stuff in a drawer. I called within an hour of leaving to check on it saying that I would pay for it to be mailed to me. It was around $60 worth of stuff. It was gel nail supplies including a light. I called 3 times and no one would call me back with information about my stuff. So be sure to check your drawers because they will not mail anything to you.

The facility was clean. Private entrance was nice. Room was clean. Kitchen was stocked with utensils. It was nice to have an ice machine on the grounds.

I was never told while booking this is a time share. I was not expecting to have to sit and listen to someone try and sell me stuff. The only reason I was in town was for a family death. I was in no shape or mood to be forced to listen to someone try to sell me what I do not want. The outdoor play area is a joke. The description said an area to play football, and a basketball court. The area is actually have a court, and in bad shape. The "football" area was a board with holes in it in the corner of the basketball court.

Location of this property is excellent for my stay. It's close to the theater district, near all the shopping I visit and also located near the Landing area. I have stayed at this location a few other times and it's always a nice stay.

Sometimes, parking is an issue. Seems like there needs to be more parking near the building 11. I had to park over at the swimming pool area one night, due to all other spots were taken in the parking lot.

Liked the location to attractions but off the main road. Check in was a breeze. Staff was super nice. The unit was clean and had everything but an extra blanket! The temp dropped our first day and we were out late and the unit was set for 69 degrees. We enjoyed having the small kitchen so we could make coffee and breakfast in the mornings. The larger area was also a bonus compared to a hotel. Due to the fact that we had multiple plans and only 2 days, we weren't able to inspect or use the extra amenities. It was great to have an elevator too.

No blanket. Must use care with luggage carts because there are no brakes. Toilet would 'run' sometimes.

Nice and roomy. Way more than what we needed. Overall, it's pretty clean. It was a fantastic value. Perfect for a large family trip

The wifi was horribly slow, and we all had a hard time connecting. The carpets had a lot of stains on it. I dropped something behind the nightstand so we had to pull it out and it probably had a half inch of dust built up along the back baseboards.

My church visits Branson every year we love the accommodations at Grand crown!! I had 14 rooms and everyone on the trip was happy with everything. Some one from the resort called and was able to put us all together in building one on the 3rd floor. This was so appreciated because most of our church are elderly. Thanks a bunch!!!

We love this property!!

We have stayed at Grand Crowne several times and they never disappoint. The staff is always welcoming and ready to make our visit the best possible. This trip was no different.

I went through Booking.com (which I never do) and there was an error on my reservation and misleading information on the unit I was actually booking. That led to a mix up with my accommodations. It was cramped, but we made it work. I do no fault Grand Crowne for the error made by Booking.com.

old and a little run down in certain areas. The elevators were slow and pretty run down and the room interior seemed a little overdue for an upgrade. Did not like the damage deposit. Doesn’t make sense to have an actual withdrawal for “potential” damage. Now I am waiting for the refund after we’ve already checked out. Just hold a credit card on file in the event of any damages like a normal resort/hotel.

It was very clean and loved that it had a full kitchen in case we wanted to cook. It was a very quiet area, loved that. We went to the pool/hot tub two days and it was nice. Unfortunately we didn’t have time to check out the other amenities because we had a full two days of dance. But it was a very nice place. I would definitely stay here again!

They bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Great location on the golf course. Nice roomy accommodations. Great value for the money.

Sheets were stained in the room, but was taken care of immediately. They were permanently stained and probably was not noticed when the bed was made.
