There is no way I can explain how great our stay was here. First it is on the yellow line, and minutes from everything. But more important was the staff. The manager was amazing. She must live there almost, because she was there early and left late. She always smiled and was super friendly. She really made our stay nice. And it was not just her. She had other great staff that all made us feel welcome.

The only thing we did not like was the weather. It was hot. But that is not anything to do with our amazing time at this hotel.

Easy to get around & the room was amazing! Breakfast was decent.

No outside pool, hot tub wasn’t working, no a/c or ventilation for the pool area/room, room door was hard to open & took several tries to get it oriented, no a/c in hotel elevator so it’s hard to be for long, not enough toilet paper for a 5 day stay, toilet paper holder broken, no bath towel/mat, new cleaning person kinda creeped us out

Just getting back from staying there from a 5 days and 4 night stay. This place was exceptional. The staff was so nice. Anything we needed the staff was always kindly willing to help. Breakfast was alway neat, clean and had a variety of things. It surely was a place to just stay, relax and enjoy your vacation. Big thank you for making our family feel safe and welcoming us there.

They treated us nicely considering they did not have any record of our reservation. They did not have any rooms = to the one we had reserved through booking.com so they upgraded our room and charged same price.

1. Fact that they did not have our reservations in their computer when we arrived and the front desk staff seamed unsure of themselves. 2. One of the shower doors was missing, the shower still worked and what water went onto the floor was easily sopped up by a bath towel.

the room was nice. big enough for us to spread out in.

the pool wasn’t available to use. also didn’t like the breakfast was a little disappointed in the options. I’ve stayed at Residence Inn before that had better breakfast options. I don’t think I’ll stay here again because of it.

The location was great. The fact that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms was even better.

The WIFI wasn’t very good. They kept losing their internet.

The size of one-bedroom was great along with the location of the hotel. Nice clean hotel and literally down the street from a Price Chopper and Walmart.

Hot tub was down. I understand to-go breakfast with covid, but they could have had a little more variety particularly in the cereals, all sugery cereals offered with no raisin bran, Cheerios etc. No juice in cartons in the coolers, only milk. Not a big deal but wish it was offered.

Room was clean with everything needed for a nice stay. Good location. Close to attractions but away from the crowds.

Front desk staff was ok. Very polite but not willing to help. Ran out of toilet paper and called front desk. They set some out on front desk for us to come get ourselves. Very polite when I called, not very helpful. However, housekeeping brought lots of clean towels when requested.

We loved the size of the rooms, the staff was very nice, beds were sooo comfortable! 3 TVs and a kitchen made it perfect. Again the beds, I wish I could take one home lol.

The pool is pretty small, we were lucky to have it to ourselves though. If they took the hot tub out they could make the pool bigger and add another hot tub

Very comfortable and accessible.

We ended up having a bad leak in our room. I went to front desk to inform hotel staff and we were upgraded to a different room, which I greatly appreciated. I didnt realize, however, that we would be charged the amount of the upgrade so we left 120 dollars less and had no clue.
