The location was perfect. The hotel was on the same street of many activities. The staff was very nice and professional. I also appreciate management not requiring the cleaning staff to enter into the rooms until checkout. Very clean and safe place to stay.

I wish they would provide more food for breakfast. I was grateful that they offered a free breakfast, but it was a small amount of food available. Just didn't seem like I could get seconds without taking away from other people. Sure you could wait for them to cook more, but even then they would bring out a small amount. However, the options were fair enough. The date on the bread was expired and had to tell staff. They should have look at the date before putting the loaf out. It was pretty much already gone when I notified them that the bread had expired 24 days ago. Other than that, everything else was fine! I'd stay again!

Location, pool, restaurant and arcade

The breakfast was horrible. Cold tator-tots (their version of hash browns I guess), and cold sausage links. And that's it, nothing else. No eggs, no waffles, no muffins, no coffee, no biscuits...nothing. And I'm not talking about them being out of those things, I'm saying those items weren't available at all. Breakfast is served from 7am-10am, I was there at 8am.

We arrived an hour early and was able to be placed in our room prior to check-in. We did not eat breakfast because our booking said it was not included, but my husband and I typically don't eat breakfast anyway. The location was fantastic due to it being surrounded by all of the museums, food places and activities.

After 3 days our door would no longer work using any key card, but the hotel staff was very accommodating. They switched us to a much nicer room near the pool, so I can't considered this to be a negative. I guess my only complaint would be that they do not have coffee maker in each of the rooms.

location and price and comfortable office staff was nice nice pool. breakfast room and food was good.

stayed 4 days. no room cleaning. did not empty the large trash containers outside room for two days overflowing with trash so we could not empty our cans in the room until my husband complained. to get clean towels you had to take your dirty towels to the office and bring the clean ones back.

I just want to add that this hotel is in the process of re-modeling. The rooms are fairly basic but VERY clean. We have stayed at this hotel twice and found the front desk staff very welcoming. The best part is they are 5 minutes away from the Dolly Parton Stampede show..and priced very reasonably.

Google maps has you making a turn when you should go straight to enter hotel…ha!

Staff very friendly & accommodating. Room very clean, bed very comfortable. Right off 76 strip near attractions. Great coffee. Will stay here again definitely.

Outside appearance down because of construction going on. Breakfast was fair could be better. Great coffee.

Very good location that is close to everything. Staff was excellent and rooms were clean and comfortable. Decent complimentary breakfast.

Slight sewer smell in bathroom.

The hotel was centrally located. It was worth the value. It's not the "Taj," but we got what we paid for. We would stay there again.

It was hard to adjust the heater. It was either cold or hot.

The room was really nice. Loved being on the first floor. We called front desk about a quick place to get a sandwich. Made a very good suggestion Pool was really nice. Left before breakfast. Right on the main strip of branson entertainment but not in walking distance to anything. But we were happy about that Very easy to get in and out of there property

We had to drive to the shows we wanted to see but we like the quiet of being on the end of the strip.

I became I'll ( not their fault) and had to leave after 2 nights. Ad said book directly with the hotel . After booking we found it is thru Booking com so we couldn't get a refund on the cancelled night.
