we've stayed here before, and a BIG reason for that, is because of the location ... it's in driving distance of everything we love to do when down there we are very pleased with how polite the staff are

we experienced a little huccup while checking in ... my grandparents gift us a paid vacation every year for our anniversary (they pay for the room & any shows we want to see while down there with their debit card) then we have cash for everything else ... anyways, just like last year, we handed them the cash to pay for the deposit (money that they hold in case we damage something), but this year, they said they had gotten a new owner, and the deposit has to be paid with the card you booked the room with ... I had to call my grandparents and have them screenshot the debit card so they could get the information ... it made checking in a little longer, but they were just following policy the elevator was slow this trip, but hey, it wasn't that big of a deal

Excellent location with clean and comfortable rooms. Included breakfast was good quality for a "hotel breakfast".

Air conditioner at first room did not work. Staff immediately sent the maintenance man to check it. After it was not fixed, we were switched to another room with no other questions asked. Very impressed with their response to it. Vacant building / parking lot behind building #2 brought some sketchy people hanging out there. Like you always should, make sure belongings are removed from vehicle overnight.

Food was good. Rooms were clean

Would have rather have dishes instead of paper plates. Know covid changed things and everyone went to it. Not a fan of no cleaning daily. Would have been nice to have beds made daily and dirty towels picked up. Had to go to front desk everyday for towels. When we went down to pool wet towels were stacked higher than a trash can and laying around pool

Our room was upgraded because it was a slow time so we were moved from building 2 to building 1. We were close to the breakfast area which had a good full breakfast and also the lobby. The location was right off the 76 strip so no problem getting to everything. I would certainly stay at this hotel again.

It was no big deal for us but they didn't do housekeeping till after the third day. If you needed anything all you had to do was ask.

The location is great. The rooms were very clean. The staff was super nice and handled anything we needed during our stay.

The breakfast was probably the worst we’ve ever had at a hotel. The selection was slim and the English muffins tasted like plastic and there was only jelly and butter instead of cream cheese. But that’s a minor thing and won’t change if we stay again. The pool was nice but there was some algae type stuff and mold in a few places on the side that was concerning.

So this hotel is in Branson. Missouri and we live in Forsyth, Missouri, after booking onbooking.com, we We're told at check-in that they don't rent to locals. But on all the booking sites, it does not say that. So finally, they let us stay, but they said that they would only let us stay this time. But not in the future, witch is sad because the jetted tube was the perfect size for us because me and my wife are 6'3" and is hard for us to find places the can fit us.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, comfy pillows, lots of towels, easy access to everything. If you’re not interested in the pool, this is a fantastic option!

We picked this hotel because the pool was really nice when we stayed last summer. This summer the pool was pretty gross. Very cloudy water. Needed a serious shock. Last summer it was perfect so when we rebooked this summer, that was a big disappointment.

Beautiful hotel, clean, excellent location. Good hot breakfast with healthy options like fresh fruit & yogurt. We actually extended our stay at this hotel because we enjoyed it so much.

Front desk seemed short staffed around check-in time. It seems like there are challenges with some booking sites in the transferring of reservation information to the hotel. Seems a disconnect there which led to ppl waiting 45 min+ to check in.

I have not seen better customer service! All the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to have a staff that never acted "put out" anytime they were asked for assistance!! Rosa and Skyler were AMAZING!!!! They addressed every need we had and exceeded our expectations! They even wrote down local eatery numbers for us to call and have food delivered, when I asked what we could get to eat at a late hour. I tried tipping the girls and they refused to accept. The whole place was extremly clean and comfortable and we look forward to staying at Grand Oaks next time we are in the area.

If I had a complaint it would not be anything that was their fault. Next time I will inform them that I have a special needs child and need a bathroom with a little more room to maneuver.

Breakfast was very good, hot food (Scrambled eggs, sausage links and hot oatmeal) was fresh and well prepared and both varied and plentiful as was cold cereal, canned fruit cocktail. Bagels, Bread, cinnamon rolls, jelly and butter was plentiful, coffee, hot tea, fruit juice and milk were provided. Breakfast was the same every day, as others have said, but there were enough different offerings it was not boring. A pancake machine was there with butter and syrup. The breakfast area was open 6:30AM - 9:00AM. Our room room was very clean and quiet, the beds were a little soft to my taste, but quite acceptable

We stayed 6 nights and the only thing that disappointed us was the room cleaning (and making of the bed) was not automatically done every day, you had to request that service at the hotel desk (BUT that also means no one was in your room and made us feel safer about leaving valuables in the room when we were out)
