Food was good. Rooms were clean

Would have rather have dishes instead of paper plates. Know covid changed things and everyone went to it. Not a fan of no cleaning daily. Would have been nice to have beds made daily and dirty towels picked up. Had to go to front desk everyday for towels. When we went down to pool wet towels were stacked higher than a trash can and laying around pool

The location is great. The rooms were very clean. The staff was super nice and handled anything we needed during our stay.

The breakfast was probably the worst we’ve ever had at a hotel. The selection was slim and the English muffins tasted like plastic and there was only jelly and butter instead of cream cheese. But that’s a minor thing and won’t change if we stay again. The pool was nice but there was some algae type stuff and mold in a few places on the side that was concerning.

Clean rooms, comfy beds, comfy pillows, lots of towels, easy access to everything. If you’re not interested in the pool, this is a fantastic option!

We picked this hotel because the pool was really nice when we stayed last summer. This summer the pool was pretty gross. Very cloudy water. Needed a serious shock. Last summer it was perfect so when we rebooked this summer, that was a big disappointment.

Beautiful hotel, clean, excellent location. Good hot breakfast with healthy options like fresh fruit & yogurt. We actually extended our stay at this hotel because we enjoyed it so much.

Front desk seemed short staffed around check-in time. It seems like there are challenges with some booking sites in the transferring of reservation information to the hotel. Seems a disconnect there which led to ppl waiting 45 min+ to check in.

I have not seen better customer service! All the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. It was refreshing to have a staff that never acted "put out" anytime they were asked for assistance!! Rosa and Skyler were AMAZING!!!! They addressed every need we had and exceeded our expectations! They even wrote down local eatery numbers for us to call and have food delivered, when I asked what we could get to eat at a late hour. I tried tipping the girls and they refused to accept. The whole place was extremly clean and comfortable and we look forward to staying at Grand Oaks next time we are in the area.

If I had a complaint it would not be anything that was their fault. Next time I will inform them that I have a special needs child and need a bathroom with a little more room to maneuver.

Breakfast was very good, hot food (Scrambled eggs, sausage links and hot oatmeal) was fresh and well prepared and both varied and plentiful as was cold cereal, canned fruit cocktail. Bagels, Bread, cinnamon rolls, jelly and butter was plentiful, coffee, hot tea, fruit juice and milk were provided. Breakfast was the same every day, as others have said, but there were enough different offerings it was not boring. A pancake machine was there with butter and syrup. The breakfast area was open 6:30AM - 9:00AM. Our room room was very clean and quiet, the beds were a little soft to my taste, but quite acceptable

We stayed 6 nights and the only thing that disappointed us was the room cleaning (and making of the bed) was not automatically done every day, you had to request that service at the hotel desk (BUT that also means no one was in your room and made us feel safer about leaving valuables in the room when we were out)

The pool was nice, a little bit small, and the indoor pool the water was pretty good, but the temperature in the pool house was like 130° for real, I witnessed at least three different groups walk in and after about 20 seconds walk out cuz they said they couldn't take the heat. The breakfast was good, beds were pretty comfortable, location is fantastic!

Like I said above, the temperature of the pool house was ridiculously hot, almost unbearable, and I tried to get an early check in which I normally get, I got there at 1:45, they said to come back at 3:00, I did, and then they said check at 3:30 and I did, and then they said 10 till 4:00, and they finally got me in a little after 4:00, they literally told me when I first got there that they have a bunch of big groups and they were going to focus on them first before they get to me, I understand that is probably a reality, that hotels probably work their best to get the big groups in first, but you shouldn't say that to the individual person for sure, because it makes them feel like they're less important

Staff was very friendly, breakfast was warm and rooms were very clean.

Alot of kids, the hot tubs and pool were constantly full of kids jumping in and out.

The hotel was clean, staff are friendly. We even requested for a extended couple of hours for stay for some small additional payment which made us able to enjoy the indoor swimming pool and the warm jaccuzi. I requested to be given a room closest to the pool, so it was really easy. There are vending machines and Ice/water dispenser which was more convenient given it is really hot on that day. The breakfast was okay.Enough to jump start the day. The parking was safe too.

The breakfast was very good and the staff kept it maintained very well. My room was very clean and for being a holiday weekend it was very quiet even though the hotel was fully booked. The parking was nearly completely full but the staff allowed me to park my car in a space that was not a parking spot so that I would still be able to get to my room easily. The staff at this hotel was very nice, from the front desk to the housekeeping and even the ladies that were in charge of the breakfast.

The rooms seemed a bit dated but not terribly so. I expected it, but still was not happy with paying 75% more for holiday rates.
