very clean. staff great.

parking in the back of facility. had cars broken into for gas. we had damage to the car

it was a great location. The room was clean.

The heater in our room made a noise every time it cut off that sounded like a cat was in it. obviously the motor is going out but it was an annoying sound to hear all night long. The leather ottoman was so worn that the leather was hanging off and falling off all over the place. The bathroom faucet was splashing water all over the sink. Every time you turned it on to wash your hands it was going behind the Faucet. The shower faucet needed to be replaced as well. It was worn and just practically spinning so it was hard to control the temperature of the water in the shower.

Every employee friendly. Professional and helpful. Clean, well maintained facility. Above average breakfast..so nice to have great hot food and paper plates that were strong..nice to have coffee bar all day, again w higher end coffee cups and good creamer. Everything better than average !

Everything was great for the price and location. the hotel had a great breakfast for three people on the move. Air conditioner was great and quiet.

the beds were a little too firm. the eds were the only issue i have because I have a bad back. If the mattress is very firm, it's just too much.

Breakfast offered many selections and traveling with children is a plus! Everything was hot and fresh. Only suggestion is to add more variety of fruit

Wasn't dissatisfied with anything. The staff member in charge of the station was very friendly and assisted individuals throughout the morning

Staff were very kind and helpful. We had an issue where the air conditioning in our room stopped working, and the staff came and repaired it almost immediately. They were helpful and friendly, and the place was busy, but always clean.

Our room was in a weird place in the hotel, which left us with a view of parking lot and shopping carts from the walmart next door.

the space and comfort of the family room seperate from the bedroom.

the double doors to between the rooms were off kilter and would not close properly. The bathtub is very slippery and there is no bath mat to put in the tub during the shower.

The people were so friendly and helpful and we were upgraded to a suite which was wonderful. The breakfast was great! And the room was very very clean!

Our coffee pot wouldn't work correctly and she asked for a new one and we never got it but the next day it started to work again. I will say though, the beds could be a little lower. Very hard for us older people to get into!

They were under renovations. Most rooms were completed.

They was under renovations and they worked day and night. So about 1:45-2am every night. They would drill screw etc. That interrupted my sleep. We actually checked out Sunday and came home. To avoid another sleepless evening.

The person from Texas was an African American woman that was simply amazing. She was wonderful in accommodating us. At check out there was a young white man that did not meet my expectations at all. When I checked out no-one was at the desk. I waited 5 minutes or more and he finally showed up. When he got there...he checked out another person before me. I was ready to lose it but decided to wait and provide my feedback here. Please hire the right people.
