When we arrived, the young man, Paul, was very friendly and got us checked right in, no issues at all. The room was very clean and well kept, as was the pool area. The thing I noticed about the pool was that it did NOTwreak of chlorine. Normally, you can smell the chlorine as soon as you walk in the front doors. At breakfast, the woman arranging the area was so friendly and checked a couple of times while we were there if we found everything and if there was anything else we needed. At check out, Paul was there again and once more got us checked out quickly and smoothly. Overall, it was a very nice experience and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for my needs.Easy to find/get to. Hotel and room were clean and spacious.

Bed was harder than I like and noise from A/C units outside our window were noticeable, not horrible, but noticeable. There was no bar on site, not a deal breaker but sometimes it's nice to go down and have a drink to unwind.

Good Location for what I was doing - like that it had gas station and university very close as well as close to town - clean

Pretty good all around - like a lot of hampton inns I find sometimes the air conditioners are ridiculously loud with banging and popping etc - as was this case - just keep looking at them for basic maintenance and filter changes etc

The breakfast and location were fantastic.

My stay was for two days, and housekeeping service is no longer provided (I think it should be a reminder). When I asked for more towels, they said they didn't have any. I had to reuse my wet towel to shower the next day. FYI, bring your own towels.

Friendliness of the staff and the location

Us as girsts having to pick up up new towels, tissues and t paper as the room wasn't cleaned in Saturday freat and when they came in on Sunday the beds weren't even addressed.

We loved how it was conveniently located and the room was very clean and up-to-date. The jacuzzi tub worked great and made for a relaxing two days. The staff was very pleasant and check in and directed where the easiest place was to park to get to the room.

The tv service was not so great had a hard time finding things to watch. It seemed like there was not any movie channels or anything to keep you occupied. Other than that it was great.

The staff of this hotel is friendly and customer centric. From the front desk to the GM to the housekeeping team... they could give lessons in hospitality to other hotels!

Billing issue between booking.com and the hotel-- ultimately resolved but it never should have happened. Was over $ 450 that we were initially overcharged!!! No finger pointing but it was an issue...

Breakfast was an excellent service, and the staff taking care of it all was really exceptional. I complimented her on the presentation, and cleanliness during the full time.. and she was VERY busy!

We arrived and they didn’t have our reservation. She could see it on Booking but not on the hotel. Luckily they had open rooms. I don’t know if I can trust Booking anymore?

Breakfast was great. Our hostess, Jean, was phenomenal. The hotel was spotless, and smelled so good. Every one of the staff made us feel welcome. We would stay here again without question.
