Excellent experience. Breakfast and dinner included, plus a free drink at cocktail hour. (Although I missed the dinner and cocktail hour both nights we stayed, I caught the breakfast and it was very nice.) The room was very clean and comfortable, large television, no complaints on cleanliness anywhere in the hotel. We also utilized the coin washer and dryer while we were there. Staff was mostly very friendly, save for one boy at the check-in desk acting like we were wasting his time. Plenty of delicious food available for delivery nearby as well. A very pleasant experience!

The only downside I found to this hotel (or at least my room on the 3rd floor) is that you cannot crack the windows at all, and the bathroom does not have an exhaust fan. So if you have leftover food takeout or 2+ people staying in the room using the same bathroom, you get stuck with ambient smells and humidity. The fan on the a/c seemed to do a good job of fixing that for us.

I feel like the price point compared to what you get is a great value. Our family stayed here on our way to TN, and enjoyed it so much that we stayed again on our back home. Not much to complain about. We stayed on the fifth floor this time, and the water pressure was pretty weak.

Efficient hotel, nothing particular great or bad. Helpful staff.

Limited breakfast options (towards increasing your shirt size). Noisy A/C equipment close to my room window. When I booked the room, I couldn't change the dates (I wanted to extend the duration) and I end up making three reservations for 1+1+3 nights. I was asked to go through the check-in / check-out process and show my ID 3 times. Funny people. The hotel is kind in the middle of some road crossings, and it takes some brave heart to reach Columbia center by foot (I know, it is a strange habit to walk). The hotel is efficient also in taking advantage of events in the town (prices going up).

We were centrally located to downtown and all the places we wanted to go. The breakfast and dinner had good variety of options to choose from. The room had everything we wanted. It was clean, as was the hotel. The front desk was very nice and helpful.

The room had most everything we needed. However, the rooms need to have the larger refrigerators that have small freezers. I had medication that required the gel ice packs and we weren’t able to keep them frozen. In the end, I had to use ice in an insulated cup for the day.

First the location was so convenient for our family gathering. We were so impressed with the cleanliness and the hospitality of the staff. The ladies that served beverages in the evening and the breakfast ladies were lovely and also funny, friendly and helpful. Love the comfortable beds, crisp linens and the large bathroom. As you can tell, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Drury East.

We very much appreciated the cleanliness and the multiple elevators and the breakfast spread and the dining area and open reception area and the available parking.

We did not like that all the pillows were very thick! We needed some variety with slimmer pillows. We would have liked other fruit options besides oranges and apples, such as bananas and fresh pineapple.

Location is good, although it's right off I-70 so not much to look at. Spacious room with nice large bathroom/shower. My room was at the end of the hall so it was very quiet. Evening dinner/beverage offerings (free food/three free drinks between 5:30-7) a great deal if you don't want to go out. Obviously, great for families. This is a good, solid hotel. Will stay here next time I'm in town.

Only a few minor complaints. If you decline housekeeping (towels/sheets) for the second day, keep in mind you also don't get a refresher on the in-room coffee packets or your trash emptied. And the bright orange light on the thermostat was quite annoying for someone who needs total darkness to sleep. Thermostat would not regulate; stayed at constant 72.

The amenities such as coffee, the buffet and three drinks. In this economy, they are extremely welcome! The room was clean and comfortable.

The parking. People with trailers and work trucks took up far too many additional spaces. I was worried we might get towed because one night I had to park the car by TGI Fridays.

We have travelled all over the US, and this is the first time we have stayed in a Drury Hotel. We were happy with the concierge and the room. (Andrew pleasantly helped us when the TV in our room didn’t function). “Happy Hour” appetizers and drinks were a welcome surprise (and needed) after a long road trip.

The hotel was immaculate and staff was very helpful. The elevators were very quick, plenty of parking also. The breakfast was good and evening snacks and drinks were good. One of the ladies working in the breakfast area was such an uplifting person and had great energy. Great way to start the day!

I wish the pool was open later and opened earlier. Also not sure if the heater wasn’t turned on for the pool but it was too chilly even inside to swim.
