The location was good. It was nice to see that they were having an event for the college football game but I did not see where it was communicated to the guests.

Our room was not ready at check in time. We had been traveling since very early that morning and were disappointed that our room was not ready when we arrived. The beds were not comfortable, and the one bed was actually lopsided.

The staff was wonderful, welcoming and helpful. Because this was a big football weekend for Mizzou, they had the lobby decorated, had an inflatable Miz football player, and a tailgate buffet when we arrived Friday evening. Room was great and very comfortable.

The inflated pricing because of it being a football weekend. Definitely not worth what we paid, but I understand the why.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff is excellent. Breakfast was wonderful with many choices and it was well stocked even though we got there an hour before it stopped. I would recommend this place. We have stayed twice and not been disappointed.

Good location. Staff ok. Room good but to expensive. Bathroom ok but room to expensive. Breakfast not good enough for cost of room.

. .Breakfast not good. Not good selection. Eggs terrible..and cold. Gravy was terrible and cold. Coffee cold and not good. Fruit juice was not juice, it was just a colored drink. Plates not big enough for waffle. Thank God for bananas & apples.

When I showed up at 630 my room was not ready and we had to wait for it to be cleaned. The night time desk clerk was not the friendliest. the morning one was terrific when we checked out.

There coul have been m ore lighting. There was not an actual sheet on the bed. It was also very hard to figure out the channels on the television. And did not get much help from the staff.

Location and staff were friendly

When we arrived at 415 the room was not ready. We had to leave and find an alternative place to change and get ready. When we got back to hotel at 930 the room was ready. The beds were not comfortable.

Room was very clean and staff very courteous. Pool area was extremely clean and well stocked with towels.

Room was definitely smaller than pictures portrayed. While excellent set up for a single business traveler, desk/work area was great, it was not good for a couple. 1 chair and 1 desk chair with no table.

Great room. Especially like that they have the availability for family rooms (two queens plus fold out). Makes it great for families with a lot of kids.

All and all it was a great place to stay. One of the housekeeping staff kept asking my kids when we were leaving, which seemed a little strange, but he was friendly about it. We were able to leave on time with no struggles.

The front desk staff was awesome. Very personable and friendly. The breakfast was great and attendant was very friendly and helpful. This is one of the best Hampton Inn's that I ever stayed at.

A little disappointing not to have a microwave in the room.
