Comfy beds, great pillows. Felt like I was sleeping on clouds. The hotel was very very clean. Great location. The staff was very friendly. Smiling faces greeted me every time I passed the front desk.

Breakfast was very disappointing. The pancake machine was out of order. I was really looking forward to having pancakes, and then it was out of order. I did not like cheese omelets or the other egg bite things. Simple scrambled eggs or "over easy eggs" would have been my choice. I would have liked other flavor choices of coffee creamers, like carmel macchiato or irish creme, but french vanilla was the only flavor choice.

My husband and I traveled long distances from the western United States across the eastern United States and stayed in many hotels along the way. This hotel is the one I am most satisfied with in all aspects. He has many thoughtful details, including the layout and color of the room furniture, which make people relax and comfortable. Except no microwave. His sheets and pillows were the most comfortable I've ever slept on, I slept soundly and woke up to the sunshine in the window, it was wonderful. This road is really the most affordable, the most comfortable, the quietest, and the most cost-effective hotel I have stayed in. If it is not because of the rush, I will continue to live.

Great location! Not directly on the highway, but close enough that it was easy to get to, but not loud at all.  all employees were friendly. From the front desk employees to the lovely ladies making breakfast. Everyone was kind and loved to have conversations. 

it was not that we disliked anything. We would’ve like to have a mini fridge in our room. 

Nice spacious room with high ceilings. The Breakfast was great and had a lot of options.

The pool deck floor around the pool was dirty. The hot tub could use more jets. Only 1 light went on with light switch and had to hunt to turn other lights on which were on the fixtures themselves. The Hot Water for making Tea at the breakfast didn't work well. We thought the stay was great. These were minor nuisances.

everything was easy to get to. parking was easy. their were a lot of amenities. the breakfast was good. people were pleasant. the room was big. loved the Dove products loved the pillows.

maybe add some usb charging plugs. my bathtub and sink had hair on it and there were two dirty wash rags on the shower curtain.

Breakfast was great and a helpful bonus. Room was comfortable and good size for a family of 4. Hotel was clean and staff was friendly. We would stay here again.

Kids were disappointed that the pancake maker wasn't working. Would have loved to have at least a bottle or 2 of water free in the room. That's always a nice perk. Price was pretty high.

Mattresses too high for older people and short people.. mattress need replaced, hard and not comfortable. Hot tub was out of order. Hallway carpeting had lots of stains, was very gross.

Nice, new, modern, clean. Decent breakfast and large dining area. Good location, just down the boulevard from Mizzou.

One of the two elevators was out-of-service so there was quite a crowd waiting for one elevator. Annoying. In the hotels defense, one of the employees told me the elevator started making concerning noises the night before so they shut it down, as they should have. So, good job on them for being responsible and putting safety first.

Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly.

I didnt like not having a fridge in our room. It was a very hot weekend and would have loved to be able to keep some drinks cold ice bucket was small so couldn't even put drinks in it.

The room was quiet. The beds were very comfortable.

No fridge in the room. It would be very handy to at least have a refrigerator to keep drinks or snacks.
