Very clean--a major item for me. Nearly full kitchenette: full sized refrigerator, two burner stove, dish washer, microwave, and toaster--very important for frugal travelers. Free laundry room--major item for longer stays or long vacations. Exercise equipment in good order and as good as found in a major gym. Excellent location with several restaurants and local shopping (e.g. groceries and pharmacies).

Furniture showed age but fully functional--minor item for me. No free meals, drinks, or snacks BUT see shopping above. No oven--not important to me.

The front desk worker, Greg, was absolutely wonderful. He was so nice, attentive, and knowledgeable of the area. When we needed extra pillows and blankets, he had them to us within minutes. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The room had everything you needed to make it feel like home.

The rooms curtains had an old smell almost like someone had previously smoked in the room

The best staff I’ve ever dealt with! So accommodating and friendly. Clean rooms, a lot of storage, kitchen was well equipped, comfortable bed, amazing shower pressure, free laundry, free parking. I could go on and on.

I would have liked to have had an actual oven, not just a microwave. The VCR didn’t work. I had a couple of old vhs tapes I wanted to watch. I seriously cannot think of anything else I didn’t like!

Clean hotel. Full sized refrigerator. kitchenette. free parking including a covered garage. good location for work. good shopping nearby.

be aware there is no breakfast. But groceries are nearby and you can make your own in the kitchenette. Shower flow was a little weak.

nice to have kitchen facilities and microwave, toaster, and refrigerator in the room. Everything seemed clean and nice. The handicapped bathroom was very helpful and walk in shower was appreciated!

Just a little more silverware would have been nice

The quietness of the facility. The free laundry service. Several stores were in close proximity to gather necessary items for my stay.

The trash piled up in the rear entrance where I had to maneuver my companions wheelchair made the rear almost inexcessible for him.

A few item normally in room were missing: alarm clock, soap dish, small kitchen knives, cutting board.

All staff friendly and professional. Comfy stay in a quiet area

More frequent housekeeping would have been nice. Only once a week if you stay for seven days otherwise none. But very accommodating if you need something specific ie towels, kitchen appliances, soaps etc

The area was very clean.They were planting fresh flowers at the hotel. I had a minor issue with one of the televisions,but the issue was resolved the first thing the next morning.

I did not know that the television was not plugged up.

The staff was pleasant & efficient. Especially Greg, when we checked in. Very up beat, helpful & you could tell he loved his job. Such a change from staff at other hotels we have stayed at. Very clean in all areas. The regular size refrigerator, etc. in the room was great. Free washers & dryers on the mail level also a plus. Would stay there again!
