Tru by Hilton St. Charles St. Louis

The bed was super comfortable. The staff was welcoming. There were coffee and snacks available The Croom was spacious and clean.

Daily housekeeping was not an option. There was a dirty diaper in the hall trash for 2 days that stank the whole floor including the room. There isn't a comfortable seating option in room...just a very horrible teenager size desk chair. The window shade would open in my room.

Honestly everything! The location, the shops around, the cleanliness, the options for snacks/drinks in the lobby, games for kids in the lobby, very up to date as far as decor, etc. Rooms were very clean, I loved how body wash, shampoo, etc was provided in the big bottles instead of the little travel bottles. Overall 10/10

The location was excellent. We were down for an event at the Convention Center. The staff was very welcoming. The aesthetic of the hotel was great. Breakfast options were plenty and gave options for everyone.

Could hear the people above us walking. I could also hear the room next to us when they were in the bathroom. The walkway between the beds and the table was a little narrow with multiple people in the room.

Breakfast was very good, a wide range of choices, staff was very pleasant, helpful and customer orientated. Liked the modern touch, colors, way things were displayed. Liked the 3 colorful boards for hanging up items in the room, thought that it was clever, and also the ironing board. The room was very pleasant and efficient. Shower was good. Would definitely stay here again. Liked the close proximity to shops, services and restaurants. Thought to myself that Hilton did a good job of getting this location. Like that Hilton has looked at a little different way of marketing itself. People are different and you want to reach different groups as well as have a little style change up. Opened up the lobby more with the circular counters.

Staff that work here are fantastic. ALL of the ones we encountered. The manager GiGi, Christine, the morning breakfast lady…all went out of their way to make our stay wonderful and when we came back greeted us like family. It seemed they all worked together and did many jobs within the hotel. Also really like that the rooms do not have carpet.

Silly thing but the pool cue tips need replaced. Since no swimming pool the activity area was utilized and the pool table and connect 4 game were a lot of fun.

Clean and Modern. Love the Shampoo and Hand wash bottles in the bathrooms. Beds were soft not hard as a rock like most hotels. Location was great , with the shopping area and fantastic restaurants!

The Hallways were sweltering Hot. No air conditioning!

Adequate for me. Kitchen lady so nice and accommodating. B

Booking .com messed up rooms. Had no reservations when I called early in the week. Made my own reservations. Several people had no rooms. Overbooked because of third source failure

The breakfast was very good. Loved the pancake appliance. Location was very important to us and it was spot on. The staff was very friendly and very helpful.

Would have like a small coffee pot in room.

hotel was lovely very modern decor was cute. lobby was welcoming and free coffee w/comfortable spacious seating throughout. rooms were nice, beds comfy, staff at the ready to help with any needs. free breakfast was very good, step up from grab and go with lots of options. the location is great nice area just next to several good restaurants and shops, near highway and gas station and not far from airport. plus ample parking and great rates. we will look forward to choosing a Tru hotel again in the future!

We absolutely adore the location, because we frequently do activities and eat around St. Charles. The breakfast bar and pool table also gave the location a modern vibe.

We wish our room was a little more spacious, but we managed. However, having a bigger space would have made the stay even more enjoyable.
