Bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, good location to what we were doing.

made reservations a month in advance, and said we were traveling with a dog, then got an email the day before we we’re to stay saying they didn’t allow pets. I had to scramble to find a place for it to stay. when we got to the hotel, they told me they just changed the rules. still had several signs up saying to pick up after your pet and brochures still said pet friendly. very disappointing. mad me mad the entire trip.

This wasn't my first time staying here and it won't be my last! The staff here are some of the best! I had left my car headlights on and my car was dead in the morning. I went to the front desk to ask if anyone had jumper cables, and they went out of there way to make sure they found help for me. I will be forever grateful for their kindness. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!!

It was clean even though they are remodeling. The location is in a good place, plenty of stores and restaurants close by.

The air conditioner worked but couldn’t really keep up with the heat of the daytime. We were really only there at night after our adventures but the room took a while to cool to a comfortable level. My family was not enthusiastic about the breakfast options but it was decent I thought. We’ve had much better but it served it’s purpose.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast selection.

Location was very nice. It is in a historic part of town and there's lots of shops/restaurants to see. We initially were suppose to stay at a different hotel, but something went wrong with my Booking.com reservation and ended up here. Highly recommend if you want a good/safe place to stay.

I can't think of a negatives. It was a nice hotel and the staff were very professional and accommodating.

The room was large and comfortable for us and 2 little ones. The location was perfect with great shopping centers practically across the street full of delicious foods and treats. The pool was set up nice with towels and very clean. The morning breakfast was good and very convenient.

Pool water could have been warmer, but after a bit, you got use to it.

The room was very, very clean. I am picky about where I sleep and this met my standards. The breakfast was great, had a good selection and always clean. The beds were comfortable, yes they were hotel beds but you can tell they attempted to make them additionally comfortable by using thick mattress toppers. Pillows were the best pillows I have used in a while ( and We are Wyndham Vacation owners). All in all I was very pleased with my visit.

I was particularly fond of being on the highway side. Traffic was pretty loud. Seemed like the window wasn’t properly sealed but that wasn’t a huge deal. Also, I would have to agree with other postings regarding the entrance. VERY difficult to find. And a little aggravating after an 11 hour drive but the staff gave awesome directions and were very friendly about it. If they could just put a sign at the plaza and remove the one from the Heart of St. Charles banquet center entrance it would help a lot.

The cleanliness was wonderful! Breakfast was great with great service too! Rooms were exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were perfect. Housekeeping was always busy and cleaning everything. I was impressed!!

There was nothing we could find wrong with this hotel.

Hidden gem just reopened. I got a suite at a great low price. Everything was perfect breakfast pool gym paint on walls was even perfect Staff were extremely friendly. I can’t believe this is hidden away. Gave me no issues with family coming to swim. I live out of town and they definitely made my day. Great new decor sheets pillows too

Most hotels have upgraded to Keurig They still have instant cups along with coffee tea and decaf in the lobby ( even lemon water) But I like having the Keurig to bring coffee I like Other than that no complaints here. They even had a great hair dryer.

Our room was spacious and clean. Staff was friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast was great and I really enjoyed the pancakes, eggs and sausage. The Staff person attending the breakfast bar was exceptional.

No complaints at all.
