La Quinta by Wyndham Kansas City Airport

Would have liked a bit more variety in fresh fruit with the breakfast.

The only thing that bothered me was the slight pet odor in the room. There was a strong cleaning scent of pet disinfectant. Turning the AC low helped to mask the odor. It would be nice if there were specific rooms that were maintained as pet free for those of us sensitive to pet odor.

The staff was very helpful and nice. We've stayed here many times before and they were the best staff by far with friendliness and kindness.

The room was very clean except for dust in the unused cubbies under the sink where the hairdryer was kept. When we first checked in, we were mistakenly given a key to an occupied room and opened the door. Thank God the person was asleep and had the door double locked. We were mortified and it was quickly remedied.

room was very spacious since there was only one bed in it liked the hot breakfast liked being close to the airport and freeway staff was friendly and accommodating

mostly the soft water (not sure if that’s the water supply or the hotel) bathroom was small also wished the bathroom had separate switches for the light and fan could have used another chair to sit on one chair had a wobbly leg

This is a good value hotel for people traveling with families. There are good food options nearby and the kids enjoyed spending time in the pool. We had six people (two teenage boys who need lots of room) and needed three beds. It was a little cramped, but for one night it was perfectly adequate.

There weren't enough towels in the bathroom for six people, and we needed extra bedding which was not provided in the room. The staff was friendly, but the room needed a little updating and to be better stocked (no hair dryer provided in the room.

Everything was nice very clean and when I arrived you can tell that it's well kept up fresh smell and looks very nice and cozy warm felt me and my family had no complaints for real

Well we didn't get a chance to swim and the reason why it wasn't what we expected although it was nice and clean but preferably bigger would have been nice and a hot tub but otherwise it was cool not used to a small pool and it's right at the entrance of hotel lobby that I didn't care for

I prepaid on the website and la Quinta still charged me. The worker said they gave him a master card, which I don’t even own, and not the right card so they had to double charge me. Very frustrating. If these booking agencies and the hotel are not on the same page, La Quinta shouldn’t be working with them.

I got in late and had a very early flight out so I was only in the hotel for 5 hours, but the room was comfortable it was a well kept property. I needed a place with a shuttle to/from airport and I used it to get picked up at the car rental place and to get to my flight in the morning the shuttle driver was very efficient and a nice person, I would go back again because if all their people are as nice as her it would be a nice place to stay

great location, super nice staff, lots of options on restaurants. but they refuse too bring anything too your room.

called twice for assistance, once our bathroom wasn’t clean at all upon arrival, they made us clean it instead of switching rooms or doing it. and refused too bring up towel too room even after the maid said no too us getting more towels.

Room was clean - breakfast was okay

Was not near airport - thought I seen hot tub in booking platform but none on property - was at best a 2 star hotel with remodeling going on - thought I booked a 4 star - no hot water - had to call front desk - elevator small and noisy - floors were uneven - beds sat on metal bases and clanged when bumped

My stay was just fine. Had a nice and quiet room for rest. It was handy for where I needed to be each day.

The available items for breakfast were not acceptable for me as the eggs were scrambled and dry. I did have a yogurt and a blueberry muffin and departed.
