If you arrive at the Kansas City Airport after midnight there are no taxis and the Hotel Shuttle will not pick you up.

The location, bed was comfy, shower was nice.

I requested to be picked up at the car rental facility at KC airport. I waited 25 min after calling and then called again. I was told that the hotel shuttle could not pick me up there and I had to taking the parking bus back to the airport and walk to the shuttle drop off and pick up point in front of the airport. I have a bad knee and walked more than I should have. in addition I could have fallen and hurt myself. I was finally taken by shuffle back to the hotel and when I arrived had a discussion with the desk clerk who then told me that it was a misunderstanding and apologized. in my opinion he should have communicated better and there was no excuse for this inconvenience.

Everything was perfect! The staff goes above & beyond to make our stay safe & comfortable. Best breakfast & amazing staff who stays there all the time to monitor & assist every hotel guest having breakfast. Front desk staff & designated shuttle bus drivers to & from airport & rental car office were commendable. Stayed there 2x (9 days apart) on this trip & they remained consistently good. I highly recommend this hotel & will definitely stay again. This is a new city for us. What a beautiful city!

Size of room, ease of using the tv, big bed, A/C is great. breakfast was great. 24 hr coffee! Ease of parking to access room. Gave us a room by the door as my husband is somewhat disabled.

The 3:00 am breakfast bag was not there. We had to leave for the airport at 4:30 and they said there would be a to go bag. Room 105 had a different shower head, a handheld that was constantly pointing OUT of the shower onto the floor. That needs to go. Room 115 had a shade broken also the flush handle on the toilet needs fixing, you have to manually hold it down to flush. Wish the hallway and rooms didn't smell like cleaner. Can you use a cleaner that has no smell? It really detracts from the overall quality of the hotel.

my tv for room 326 didn’t work

Location was very close to airport. Restaurant and shopping was within close proximity which was nice. Indoor pool was nice to have available since it was chilly outside. Parking was plentiful. Would definitely recommend. Staff was awesome from check in to shuttle ride to airport.

Some of the towels had yellow stains on them but staff replaced when requested.

The breakfast worker was thorough and on point. They never get the credit they deserve and she was doing a lot by herself. There was a mixup with the having already paid and an assumption was made instead of first asking fro confirmation email that it was paid but resolved quickly after shown.

The towels that were visibly stained weren't removed from circulation. Had to go get clean towels.

New, clean feeling hotel. Room was very nice and clean. Kind staff were very helpful. The shuttle was so convenient and easy to get to and from the airport. They even gave us a to go breakfast when we had to leave at 4 am. Check in and out was very easy.

Nothing really bad about the property. Only minor notes that aren’t a big deal. The pool was cold but the pool area was nice. Breakfast should be open a little bit longer than 9.

nice clean lobby and room. little bar/restaurant area so able to get dinner without having to go out again.

was supposed to have grab and go breakfast available early for those with early flight and was told if not setting at desk to just ask. myself and another person waited about 10 minutes and no one at front desk nor answered the bell. couldn’t continue to wait.

Employee working the breakfast was amazing! Super friendly every morning. Swimming pool area was great other than the floor is beyond slippery. I was walking with tennis shoes and great soles and slipped. My kids slipped every time. Could be very dangerous.
