Staff was amazing and helpful! Check in staff helped us get an earlier shuttle to the airport. The shuttle driver came in an hour early for his work shift to help us. They both went beyond their normal responsibilities to assist us! We appreciated their help!! The hotel was clean and our room was spacious. Old Chicago restaurant was attached to the hotel so we didn’t have to uber anyplace. We will stay here for all our upcoming departures.

The room was very clean. Extremely comfortable bed. Not a spot or dirt or hair on any surface. The front desk and housekeeping staff were all friendly. Breakfast was great. Old Chicago food was awesome, and the portions were well worth the price.

The location would be perfect if you're going to the airport, but it was a bit too far from downtown KC and several miles away from shopping, restaurants, etc.

Very clean and modern hotel - there was a lot of confusion to our reservation as they had us in a room under the wrong name...we learned this with an unnecessary 7am phone call from the front desk asking "who is staying in this room?". Quite confusing and frustrating, especially when we went for breakfast (suggestion, please offer gluten free options for bread and dairy free creamer/milk) and the hostess not seeing our correct name/room number on her sheet... turned out they had us listed in room 500 instead of the room we actually slept in. And then we got charged for breakfast when we are Diamond members and were under the impression breakfast was complimentary. Thanks.

See above. Also to note the Hilton gave us a shuttle ride to this hotel from the airport as your shuttles "stop at 10pm". Super thankful for that ride as it saved us an Uber ride cost but if the Hilton's shuttle keeps running, why doesn't yours?

To eat breakfast at the hotel is over $10 per person. We didn't look to see how it was set up, but it would have been nice to have some free options, like muffins or toast. We knew this going into the stay, so it was expected ... But still a bit disappointing.

A great location to the airport, friendly easy shuttle. The hotel was very clean, very comfortable. The staff was exceptional and accommodating to a few situations we had. I've stayed in a lot of hotels and this was definitely one of the memorably good experiences.

Absolutely no complaints at all

This is my 2nd time staying here, and just like the first time, it was excellent. The rooms are great size and the closet has awesome storage. The pool was nice size and had towels. We also enjoyed the restaurant attached to the hotel.

Place was welcoming, staff was friendly and easy to talk to. Room was nice and as described. Everything was clean as well.

I wish it had a hot tub or spa. Room didn't have a do not disturb plaquered.

At 8:30 my wife was in the shower and I was getting dressed when I heard what sounded like a ink pen tapping on a table top then the door open. if I hadn’t had the safety latch on the housekeeping guy would have just walked in. check out is until 11. if we haven’t checked out yet maybe you should wait till we do before just coming on in

The property was clean and well maintained. I liked the fact that the restaurant was downstairs. Easy for food, and dessert I loved how quiet my floor was
