The swimup pool was good but was so cold until the day before we left it was being heated was a lot better. Staff was friendly. Rides to the club even the owner took us once too. Inside pool we never got in there was hair n paper floating was alittle grose thought breakfast would be at least scrambled eggs r biscuits just cereal oatmeal muffins. It was our anniversary 20 years n we was supposed to get a Lakeview.

40 dollars for towels non refundable hair n paper in inside pool not getting the Lakeview that reservation said clearly on the reservation n cold water first few. Days but weather wasn't as hot out.

Staff was awesome! Tina was a big help, since booking.com messed up on reservation. Pool was great & loved being given a shuttle to Encore for the swim-up bar & restaurant, etc. We loved it! Will be back!

Booking.com needs to update the listing of the King bedrooms. It stated we would have lake views & a double room, but what The Resort had us reserved for was a basic small king room. This happened to several other people, too! The Resort made it right, though, so I will be back.

The pool and restaurant are really nice. The restaurant is a little pricey. The hotel is being renovated and for it being an older hotel, it looks pretty good.

We picked the property for the adult pool. Saturday around 1pm we walked to the pool and there was not a person there. Not even a bartender. Maybe because it was the week before Memorial Day. So we went to Backwater Jacks and had fun there. The entrance to the hotel check in is a one lane road and really needs a better design.

the was a very nice lady who checked us in an out very friendly.She directed us to the Encore pool and grille.The bartenders Megan and Nick did an awesome job taking great care of our group.The music was a single acoustic player and it made our night.The owner stopped by an the guys had a good talk about football.It was a nice stop for us.

The floors in hotel room could have been cleaner. Feet and socks got dirty

1960’s old Holiday Inn. Outdoor room doors on two buildings, indoor on main building, but recent remodel of rooms. Best value. Indoor pool with garage doors, needs a hot tub, but walking distance to The Encore with their swim up bar and music space and restaurant.

Needs a hot tub, very little offered on continental breakfast.

room was clean. bathtub request was fulfilled. staff was friendly. love that the restaurant on site was open late. wish the pool would have been open late to be able to utilize and get the full experience but we only had a short 1 night stay in town. easy to navigate.

The bathtub drain/plug did not seem to work properly. I did not have time to contact staff about it, with such a short stay. No instructions in the room about wifi connection that i noticed, nor info from front desk clerk at time of check in.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They greeted us with a smile and we had friendly conversations. The room was clean and the bed was comfy! Even though the property is older, they have made upgrades and improved the rooms. I would stay there again.

I believe it was all good. We wanted to stay close to the Encore so that we didn't have to drive late at night. I don't have a negative thing to say.

Love the new remodeled resort. Love the swim up bar, music in side and outside was awesome. The bartenders were the best Met some new friends

The only complaint I have was the sliding bathroom door. Never could get it all the way shut but this sure won’t stop us from coming again

The King size bed was comfortable and really liked the six pillows that came with it.....also enjoyed the both swimming pools and the live music , it was a great time.

Maybe they could add a little more options for breakfast....

I absolutely loved the friendly services at adult swim up pool. I enjoyed my time with the live music nightly, and play list at swim upbar. I give Encore a 10/10
