The room with a lake view was very nice and the view enjoyable. Truly appreciated the convenience of the golf cart shuttles around the property - many hills! :) The pool with food/drink service was great as well. You did not have to leave your table and continue to enjoy poolside.

Only thing that was negative was shortage of staff during the week specifically. Especially since you had a convention there and many people at the property, there was one person trying to run the front desk - check in and out, and the informaiton desk. Also, should advertise what is closed on the property and when, to avoid confusion, i.e. bowling alley was closed during the week when we were there. Yet we found a location close by for this entertainment.

Pool on the lake; indoor water park for kids; tiki bar; additional bathroom sink outside of the bathroom. Nice little sandy area with chairs on edge of the lake. Friendly and attentive bartenders. Parking was on the same level as our room. (3rd floor)

Better choices of tequila/liquor at the tiki bar. This property is not walkable for someone with physical issues. Had I known, I would have just jumped in the car and driven to the pool. The main restaurant was not open for dinner, which might be due it being Labor Day?? Didn't make sense. No microwave in the room.

My husband, daughter and I wanted to take a little weekend getaway and we found this deal on Booking.com and we were so impressed by Margaritaville! We spent the weeklong racing about the resort to our friends and family and are already planning a return trip. It exceeded our expectations!

The only comment we would make here are the rooms are a little dated but for everything else you get from the resort that wasn’t really an issue for us.

We simply wanted a night away and once we got there to not have to leave. We did just that. The bar in the lounge was perfect and just what we wanted.

I booked king rooms and when we got there we had 2 beds in each room, they seemed to be king sized. I didn’t go back to the front, we simply just wanted to relax. We had two rooms. I messaged and asked for them to be close, but to NOT have a connecting door. They had a connecting door between the rooms. It’s the little things.

Staff was very friendly & helpful & the facility was very nice. The young man who checked us in & out of the facility was amazing! He was so friendly & informative. He even sent a lovely gift basket to my room for my 70th birthday! His name was Jason & he had a great accent!

Refrigerator didn’t work & had to report it twice before it was replaced. We lost some food due to the delay.

We like that there are several things to do on property, lake views, staff is very responsive and friendly.

We stayed in one of the small properties right by the lake and would have preferred the main hotel due to parking small flying bugs and wasps. Also, during the week their were some activities and restaurants not open.

My husband and I went for a weekend getaway. Loved all the activities that were on the property and the view. The front desk clerk (I think her name was Tiffany) that checked us in was awesome. Gave us lots of good information about the property and surrounding things to do. Even printed out directions. When my husband told her we were here for a late 25th anniversary getaway she upgraded us to lakeside view.

Breakfast buffet was a little pricey.

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was polite and helpful. The pools are beautiful. There was enough room for everybody in the pools. The rooms were comfortable and beautifully decorated. The restaurants were good. There is plenty to do if you bring a family.

Too many stairs at the driftwood to get to our room. There should be an elevator. Also noisy at night. We could hear other people. I don’t like the shared porch. I also thought we would be swimming in the lake, but there’s no opportunity to at this resort.

Just the resort in general was fun. The pools were nice and the views were great.

Our bathtub was clogged and needed cleaned out, which they handled promptly. The AC wasn't blowing cold enough, but it was SUPER hot outside. The toilet plunger was messed up so I had to fix that also.

Loved having a little balcony and how much stuff was available on the resort itself. The view was great good amount of space in the rooms

No option to book spa services called and emailed before we arrived never received anything from them just to get there from out of town to find out they are booked over a week out. I understand it's not the resorts spa but if your going to have a service listed on the website at least say something about book now spots fill up fast, have online booking option, or respond to multiple emails that were sent.
