Staff allowed us to check earlier in than their stated terms, which was great. We had to leave earlier than expected due to health issues. The front desk was extremely understanding and issued a credit immediately for the one night that we didn't use. We really appreciated that. Told us we needed to contact booking to confirm cancellation and refund.

Pillows on the beds were horrible, like sleeping on bricks. Mattresses were just fine. Everything else in the room was just fine. When we left that is when the problems started. Attempted to contact Booking several different times to follow up with Booking per instruction from the property. Booking reps either didn't have a clue what they were doing or didn't give a hoot. Was hung up on twice. Inn at Grand Glaize has already issued a credit, now it is time for your company to take care of their portion of the equation.

The view was exceptional! The staff, though short and not their fault, was tireless and friendly! The breakfast buffet ($10) was extremely good! I don’t care much for eggs but REALLY enjoyed the FRESH FRUIT, delicious moist muffins and crisp bacon!!! Sat on the outside deck and enjoyed the view! When we asked where the coffee was, a customer who said it was his favorite place, brought us our coffee. Later when the 2 employees on duty were not so slammed, they brought us more coffee and talked with us. There was an AmVets Convention at the Inn and every room was full! The staff at the desk was friendly and polite though they were under much pressure! We had seen a wonderful concert with Willie Nelson and all in all it was an exceptionally wonderful weekend!

There were a few repairs that needed to be made in the flooring.

Great location, access to boat docks was great, great staff as well, very good for the money spent compared to other options

Could use some simple repairs to make it really an awesome stay (ie paint touch ups in the units that actually match, some drywall repair in the bathrooms, other small cosmetic fixes. In hallways

The staff, the facilities, the pool bar and the pool area are right on the lake. Had a wonderful time. Absolutely beautiful! Highly recommended! Honorable mentions to staff: Chris at door…goes over and beyond and Flint at pool bar is also amazing!!

Everything was amazing! Nothing to not like!

Perfect location for getting around the greater lake area. I assumed all rooms had a fridge as we needed a room with fridge and she made a change to our reservation because it originally didn’t have one. Desk clerks were always very friendly and accommodating. late check out was no problem and greatly appreciated. It was not our first stay, and we will be back!

Website needed a few more details and updates. Cleaning could have been a little better, but completely understandable in these crazy Covid times with short staff. It wasn’t a big deal.

Every single staff member I encountered was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Quiet, lobby was beautiful, view was very nice

I was expecting housekeeping to come in and change bedding and provide fresh towels/washcloths but they didn’t. We made do though. We couldn’t use the balcony because of swarming wasps either which we were disappointed about since we paid extra for a view of the lake.

Went there for a bike fest. I have stayed there twice. The accommodations are fine. It’s a steep hill coming in the park your motorcycle, but they are motorcycle friendly. The pricing seems a little high but the accommodations are fine.

The room was nice, love the new carpeting. The hall carpet design looks like Coronavirus..seriously. We laughed about it all weekend!! The beds were very comfortable - appreciate that there was a fridge and air conditioning was great! The restaurant staff were awesome, and CHRIS the doorman is AWESOME - he was literally the reason we come to the Inn - we have other choices, but we love him!! His smiling face, willingness to help are wonderful!! We also appreciate the staff's willingness to go above and beyond - always appreciated!

The pillows were like little bricks - wish you could have big fluffy pillows...might be time to replace them! We were accosted by 2 really drunk individuals in the bar our first night there - it was so awkward, but Chris helped us out and they were asked to leave. Of course, they came back..so we left the bar and the staff made sure we got to our room safely. The hot tub wasn't hot...the pool was nice, the covered area could use some sprucing as well as the bathrooms outside.

No breakfast. They charged for a small buffet, Huge choir festival going on

We walked in our room and it wasn’t clean yet. Beds wasn’t made. Got another room. Card didn’t work to get in and to go back and get the cards activated
