Great location! Far enough from freeway and other places so it was quiet but easy to jump back on. Ample parking and very well lit! Ice lobby and Devany was probably the most adorable and kindest, warmest and most welcoming front desk person I’ve ever met! I’ve traveled quite a bit and I wish I could clone her!!! We got in late so we’re completely exhausted from driving for 11 hours. She checked us in lightening fast! The room was exceptionally clean, was surprised by the kitchenette! The bed was soooooo insanely comfortable and lots of perfectly squishy but not to squishy pillows. Check out was a breeze!

The location was centrally located from all the events we had planned & it was quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything I asked them, including directions to various venues.

The only thing that was not good was one of the bed frames was not put together well. We had to be careful not to bump into a bracket that stuck out about 3 inches. It didn’t seem like that bed frame was meant for that bed. One person in the group hit their ankle on it the first night getting into bed.

I love everything about the hotel. From the moment when me and my man checked in till we checked out. Love the kitchen I was able to cook a homemade dinner for us. Location was perfect close to all the restaurants.

Only thing we were not happy is the room service. When we call for room service to change our bed sheets front desk ask me how long we’re there I said been there since Wednesday which I call Saturday if we can have them change our sheets. They said they will change if it’s 7 days but I can bring my towel to the front desk to exchange for clean ones. I understand maybe because of Covid a lot of things change. But other then that everything was good. I will definitely come back to stay.

The kitchen + dishes ready in the room, couch, and shower fixtures where my favorite. I also really liked the way the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel were in convenient pumps. Although we didn't have any, I also appreciated the popcorn ready to go as well. The view was nice as well, and if we'd of stayed during the summer we would have utilized the pool and maybe the barbeque patio.

The towels felt a bit rough instead of soft, and the kitchen trash can was a little a small. I also saw a switch in the bedroom for a door bell, but couldn't find a button outside our room for a door bell. I wish we would have been there longer to enjoy more of what our suite had to offer.

Front desk staff was wonderful and welcoming. Even with an extremely busy weekend for KC, they were always extremely friendly.

Housekeeping was a little loud early in the morning but I doubt all rooms have that problem as we were near the laundry area for staff.

I liked the kitchenette. The little bit of utensils and pots and pans. The soap packets for the dishwasher. Pillows were awesome. Ac/heater worked amazing. Friendly staff. The one bedroom suite fit my family well. Liked the rental games and equipment cubby. Also like the little convenience store. Pet friendly. Loved the work out room and the free laundry.

The hot tub's heater was broken. So it was cold. There was only 1 chair for the table island thing to eat at in the room. Wish there was a fenced area for the dogs so they could run.

it’s my second stay and I have to say it’s my second home away from home. I love it I enjoy my stay as always. love all the staff. i love how I can cook a homemade meal in it.

there is nothing not to like about this place. good location.

The young lady at the front desk in the evening was very friendly, personable and professional! Her hats were phenomenal as a part of her ensemble for work! Customer service was impeccable!! Love the kitchen!

A little expensive for Missouri. Who wants to be in Missouri??? Also they do not tend to your room as often as they should.

This hotel was very clean! The front desk staff was really helpful and very nice. This was one of the best stays we have ever had even though it was only for one night it met all our expectations! We will be back again.
