Comfort Inn & Suites St Louis-O'Fallon

I’ve stayed at this hotel every time I visit the St. Louis area. It is right off of the highway, close to shopping and a multitude of places to eat.

Breakfast is limited. Not as many hot options compared to some other hotels. The room had a musky, wet smell to it. I’ve stayed in plenty of rooms at this hotel so I can’t generalize that to every room other than the one I stayed in this time.

Staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice and tasted good.

Carpet very soiled. Walls around shower were cracked and in need of some attention. Carts for luggage were hard to maneuver. More wheels need to be able to turn. Two stationary and one multi directional makes it hard to get on and off elevators and into rooms.

The breakfast was nice, the fitness room is small and not able to have many machines. We didn’t swim in the pool but it seemed to be a major hit for children. The location of pool isn’t the best. The location of hotel is really nice.

Our bathroom ceiling light kept flickering I left a note when we left so hopefully they’ll fix that. Also we had no service for our room on Saturday and we left early no sign on door saying do not disturb so unless they just don’t on Saturday or were short staffed really don’t understand that.

I liked the seclusion of the property. Staff was very very friendly. Lobby was warm and welcoming and didn’t look scary e g No closed in front desk. Loved the free ice tea in the lobby. Loved the gas fireplace. Breakfast was great! Waffles! Asked for a room that wasn’t on the first floor and I got it

Got woken up two nights in a row by the dumpster being emptied at 1:30 am

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it was, yet again, a wonderful stay! Room was cleaned great! Halls and lobby were also very clean! Staff was welcoming and made for a relaxed and friendly environment. Nice and quite stay!

The only complaint I have is that there is lots of dog poop outside of the side door furthest from the Quick Trip gas station. The first time I took my dog out I had just cleaned up her poop and then saw that I stepped in another pet guests poop that they had left there. I don't blame the hotel for this. If anything, I blame the other guests. But thought I should let you guys now so that you are aware. Everything else about my stay was perfect!

Very comfortable, clean room. Handicapped room and bathroom was very large and would be easy to accommodate a wheelchair. The continental breakfast was limited at the time we stayed, but it was enough to get us going.

Not really a negative so much as a surprise. The bathroom included a very high tub which was slightly difficult to exit for a shorter person. For a handicapped room, I would have expected a larger shower that could accommodate someone in a wheelchair. The sink area was limited on space to include many toiletries.

Location and breakfast were great.

I asked to be in a room away from the interstate roadway. I was told there was no noise problem. I went up to the room, and I could definitely hear the road noise. I asked to be moved to the backside and either bottom floor or top. They moved me to another room, on the second floor. But that one was right above the pool and really smelled of chlorine.

It was conveniently located by I-70. Food recommended by staff at Etyl's BBQ was a great local place. Beds were comfortable and room was large.

Hotel is old and worn. Although it was clean, there were stains on the carpet and many nicks and scratches on the doors and walls. The pool had dirt in it and was not very inviting. Hotel could use a rehab.

My sister and I are stayed at your inn in O'Fallon, MO last evening. I booked through Booking.com. This review is glowing, due in large part to Ananda at the front desk, who was exceedingly kind and welcoming. When the reading lights did not work in our room (a big deal for my sister) Amanda completely understood the problem, attempted to fix it, and, when she couldn't, saw to it that we were moved to another room, which happened to be an upgrade. Having an employee like Amanda at the front desk must be critical to the success of the hotel. It will certainly cause us to stay here again the next time we are in O'Fallon. great location; by gas station and right off I-70; allows pets; bed comfortable; room well appointed; good value; rest for short stays.

the bathroom was clean but the corner were split/damaged and needed some updating. The toilet seat was not secured to the toilet so it constantly moved around while we were doing our business. it told the front desk when we checked out. elevators are tiny and it’s difficult to navigate with a luggage cart because the elevator area is small too.
