We had been riding in the KATY trail before arriving and had bicycles covered with dirt. We asked the assistant hotel manager if we could use a garden hose outside to rinse off the bike before we brought it inside. Not only did he make sure we found the hose, he brought rags to wipe the bike down with. My husband and I travel a lot with our tandem bicycle and this was the best costumer service we have ever received when it comes to the bike. Thank you!!

Our room was across from the pool and was extremely muggy in the room

The staff was fantastic! helpful and friendly and very attentive and aware of everyone coming in and out of the hotel. our room was very clean, lots of nice pillows and bed was very comfortable. bathroom was well stocked with lots of towels.

The AC unit in our room was finicky. we were only going to be there for less the 24 hours. It was on us that we didn’t address the problem. But the pool was why we opted for this location and it was disappointing. the smell of mold/mildew quickly made me feel sick. My husband used to service pools and quickly realized the chemicals and pump was not being run properly. Mold and algae was building up along the edges of the pool and there hair, cigarette filters, and other debris floating on the pool water. So we quickly got out. Compared to the rest of the hotel, the pool was shockingly uncared for. I am hoping that they are in between staffing someone to manage the pool. it just didn’t compare to the rest of the. are given to the property…. but gross none the less.

Bathroom could’ve used an upgrade, but was clean. When I called about booking, I asked if hotel was affiliated with Best Western rewards program. (I have plenty of points for a free night stay.) He said yes…so I booked room & we drove there. Well, you’re not, but was late & we’d been traveling for 12+ hours. We were too tired to begin again so stayed. Note: I don’t think guy on duty misled us on purpose.

I’m not sure if I was just super exhausted from driving 13+ hours that day, but this was THE most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in ANY hotel! And the AC was nice and cold! I would personally pick this place over a Holiday Inn, the Embassy or any other higher-end hotels.

I think the restroom was the part that was just meeehhhh… it seemed a little dated. But that’s just me being super picky. Overall, it was a great stay.

Loved the food for the complimentary breakfast - scrambled eggs, sausage pattie’s, yogurt, pancakes, cereal, coffee, juices and milk. The staff were really friendly and efficient. I especially liked the layout of the room and the color of the accent wall. We had a pet room with two queen beds. The floor was a nice wood-looking laminate instead of carpeting, perfect for a pet room. the nights were quiet. And the BEST thing of all was the extreme comfort of the beds and pillows!

I prefer the sink and mirror being outside the bath/shower and toilet room so I can be drying my hair and putting on makeup while the bathroom is in use. This particular room was not set up that way.

Whoops! Staff need to ensure sidewalks on end of building are completely clear of snow. Not done during day and then next morning was frozen snow and ice. Realize this was first snow of year!

We did not utilize the breakfast option during our stay, although I did grab a couple of oranges one evening for a snack!! The location was great for visiting our family who lives in Dardenne Prairie. The facility was very clean, friendly, and comfortable.

Property owners changed to only service animals allowed. We stayed at this hotel with our dogs before, so if we bring our dogs on our next trip, we won’t stay there.

Check in They said there was a $20 fee if we checked in before 3 o'clock. It was after one o'clock and she said the room was ready I don't understand that. When we asked for an extra blanket we were told they only have enough blankets for the beds in the hotel and did not have any extra. And I'm at another hotel in Branson and I see that they charge me $10 so I will have to call sleeping sleep in tomorrow morning and find out what the $10 is about. They only clean every 3 days. Nobody told me what to do with the trash we had nobody said how to get more towels nothing I will not stay there again

Location was good. Appearance good. Breakfast good. Bed good.

Some like soft pillows, some like firm pillows, I like firmer pillows, had to double two pillows to get that fill. Not a deal breaker, just nice to have maybe both choices in the pillows.
