Only option for coffee was Starbucks but run by front desk - so coffee choice was expensive and not necessarily made by barista - staff was so friendly and helpful though. also - I need to extend my stay and every time they did it I got another 250$ hold on card so I had huge hold of 700$ cause of the two extensions

Friendly people @ Front desk, nice large room.

All was good until late at night when we we’re ready to sleep & opened hide-a -bed. It was obvious no one had cleaned in or around it or replenished sheets in awhile. An inhaler & a tube of make up were in there. 😲 There was no fitted sheet, only 1 flat sheet & an itchy blanket. We paid extra for the suite so we could all have our own beds & it was unsleepable due to being dirty, no sheet & lumpy. Had to crowd my sis on her bed.

No refrigerator or coffee in the room. They you wanted us to go downstairs and pay additional for it. I felt that was greedy and rude. No breakfast. For the price it was lacking. Every hotel I have ever stayed in provided these servicea with the cost of the room. The room was over $200 for one late stay and no coffee!!!!

Very clean and updated hotel. Comfortable bed.

we noticed we left our jackets in room the next day and called to have them shipped. Staff claimed they were not there but we had left them in the closet. 😢Few choices for breakfast considering the price paid for the night.

Check in was very pleasant. Staff went out of her way to accommodate us. We had two rooms and wanted them either connecting or close to one another. This was out second time to stay at your property.

Check out was not bad but staff asked other people how their stay was. She didn't ask me anything and just handed the receipts to me. She did not say thank you or one word. Maybe she was having a bad day but she should not be working at your front counter.

I liked how clean it was.

The lady at the Starbucks/bistro area in the mornings could use some customer service training. She was rude and not accommodating.

Staff were pleasant. The entrance area, rooms and outdoor area was well decorated, comfortable and relatively new.

Limited food selection

Hotel was clean, the rooms were clean, beds comfy, nice big shower.

The bistro downstairs, the food was awful. No taste, over cooked and cold. To busy for one person.

I asked twice to have the connecting room door my grandchildren were in to be unlocked and no one ever unlocked it for me. I opened the door in my room so I could here them. They are 14 and 17 so it wasn't a big deal, but it would of been nice to have it unlocked for our security.

The pool was welcoming with towels on chairs and Jay at welcome desk was just an angel. So sweet and friendly!
