Penny was awesome, our room was clean and spacious and the parking lot was well lit.

The GFCI in our room kick off about 5 times in the first 30 minutes after we got there and we were just about to change rooms, but for whatever reason, it stopped and never did it again. The bed was not as comfortable as I typically expect at a nice hotel, the hall way was way too warm and the breakfast was just okay. Specifically, the sausage patties were over cooked the one time I tried them.

Penny at the front desk was amazing and such a sweetheart during check in. She gave such a warm welcome. The bed was so comfortable and we could not get over how soft the sheets were. The real highlight was the blackout curtains in our room which was especially appreciated as it was snowy and bright during our stay.

The only thing I can complain about it we had a couple issues with the toilet that we had to fix each time we used it, but that was so minor in comparison to how great everything else was.

The staff that worked during breakfast were so kind and accommodating! We had the pool (which was heated) all to ourselves on a Friday morning, wouldn’t been even better if there was a hot tub!

Just a few minor issues in our particular room. In order for the toilet to flush the handle had to be held down, and the plugs by the bed were bent so only one outlet worked and the usb ports did not work.

This was a great place to stay! Very clean hotel with excellent staff. The rooms were spotless, the beds were comfy, and the noise was non-existent. Breakfast was comparable to a restaurant. Very nice stay. Would definitely stay here again!

We were completely satisfied with this stay.

We loved the beds, the spacious room, the hot breakfast, the breakfast staff guy was super sweet. No pancakes, I was disappointed, but they had plenty of other options and everything was full and stocked during our breakfast time. Pool looked warm and clean, but we didn’t use it.

When I walked in to check in the afternoon of our stay, there was nobody at the desk. After ringing the bell twice and walking around to look at everything in the building, an older lady looked away from the tv she was sitting in front of and asked if she could help me. I was like, you work here? really? Yes you can help me check in. It was a very odd check in, otherwise our stay was great.

Cinnamon rolls were excellent. Would have liked English Muffins. Everything else was adequate

The 4th floor hallway was absolutely frigid. I miss a curtain on the window -the morning sun was quite bright. We were on the east side of the building.

Room was nice. Beds were a little harder than I am used to. The pillows were awesome. Hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast had great options.

That it is was super close to the hwy sometimes you could hear the traffic

Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. I booked specifically to get into the pool but was so tired I slept all day abs night. SMH. Lol.

Our room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. Loved the Dove products in the bathroom. Breakfast was great. The hotel was very aesthetically pleasing.

We could hear people above us walking in their room.
