Best Western Coachlight

The breakfast was great the pancake conveyor belt machine was awesome.. The employee's was amazing and very very helpful. Thank you Ted for everything you done and the general kindness, Steve was awesome as well he made sure all the business was taken care of thanks for all help. We came upon this hotel by being in an accident and we was lucky to get a room. Ted was very helpful even with the computers going crazy and it only being hus 5th day there he did an amazing job. I almost forgot keep an eye out for the free range chicken that runs the parking lot. Im serious a real chicken lol.

The pool being closed is the only thing I can say I didnt like.

Good breakfast (eggs, sausage gravy, pancakes, bagel, cereal, potatoes) - nice staff at counter, cleaning, and breakfast room - walking distance to a couple restaurants - sufficient parking for all guests.

Pet fee seems a little high for people staying more than a night or two - beds are on the firmer end of comfort.

Friendly, very helpful person on reception, discounts at nearby restaurants, good size room, individual climate control, good wifi, fridge, etc, comfortable bed.

Clean and modern. I was pleasantly put at ease after my initial shock that I had mistakenly booked a motel instead of a hotel. The furnishings are very modern and clean, bed was great, nice sheets. And the heater kept our room at just the right temperature, even though we had a polar vortex going on, overnight low of -7. The receptionist was very friendly, and the lobby was clean and modern as well.

I only detected a slight bit of that motel smell when I first opened my room, but it soon dissipated. The shower was a bit chintzy, but clean and functional (note to Best Western: low-flow showerheads save money!) Also, The fridge had no freezer, so I couldn’t freeze my ice packs for the road.

Room was clean and comfortable.

Air conditioner was very loud. Shower curtain was musty smelling. Bathroom vent didn't work. Bathtub drain is slow.

They are located close to highway for travelers. Pet room was nice (laminate flooring). There is a Waffle House and steak buffet next door. Pet fee is $20 for one cat.

It was a bit difficult to get parking for my vehicle plus U-haul trailer so I ended up taking several spots. It was okay to drive out but some cars blocked me overnight. Fortunately they were gone before us.

It was great!! I wouldn't have it any other way. It was a bit more pricey than I had hoped for but it was worth it. The breakfast was delicious and had several options to choose from.

Nothing what so ever. The eggs were delicious! And so was every other thing that they put in front of us and all So wonderful my tummy.

Every room had an outdoor entrance. No going down a hall and through a lobby. Alot of eaterys right near the motel. Very clean. Heated up fast(cold night)very clean bedding.

The sunset, dog friendly, no carpet smells,close to everything.

The floors in the room were not swept before we checked in. However, there was no carpet so it was easy to sweep.
