Craig at the front desk was super helpful and we felt welcomed upon arrival. The room was clean and the staff were so polite. The pool was great and the jacuzzi was very relaxing! Breakfast was phenomenal - so many options and the breakfast crew was fast and efficient.

The carpet on the third floor smelled very strongly of vomit. Not as if it was fresh and somebody just wasn't cleaning it- but as if it was just a really old mess and the carpets might just need a solid deep cleaning. This was only the hallway- did not apply to the actual room.

Great place to stay. A little expensive, but worth it. Everything was very clean. The pool and hot tub looked very nice. Unfortunately they were always full of kiddos, which is fine. They looked like they were having a blast. The location is great for people passing through. It's right by the highway. It's also right next to a shopping center. There are a ton of nearby restaurants. Breakfast was provided. Unfortunately we missed it, but it smelled great. The bed was comfy for me, but not for my husband. The pillows were flat, but we just folded them and made it work. All in all, it was a great stay and we will likely stay again if we are ever in Rolla.

Room smelled like smoke. There was no hand or bar soap, but a soap dish was provided. We ended up using body wash to wash our hands.

Swimming pool and hot tub were nice. Staff were very kind and friendly. Breakfast was good.

First floor was too cold for me, A/C set to low. Bed was a memory foam, and I did not like it. The pillows hurt my neck and kept me from getting to sleep. After 2 days I had only 6 hours of good sleep.

The breakfast was wonderful, the room was quiet and clean. I particularly appreciated the staff allowing me to use their freezer to freeze my ice packs.

The hotel was great. However, I booked the room through booking.com with a room description that included a spa soaking tub. I would have NEVER booked. Suite because I was traveling alone. I wouldn’t have paid extra. Got to the hotel and no spa tub. Anywhere on the property. Asked them to put me in a regular room and just credit back the difference, but told me I couldn’t because I booked they third party. FIX THE DESCRIPTIONS ON THESE ROOMS.

Best staff and facilities in the area...this is why I stay here...they put hospitality in the hospility business...thank you

The breakfast was very good. Our grandson loved the pancakes.

There was not enough coffee at 7:30 in the morning. My shower was the best of the entire trip, but my wife’s shower lacked water pressure because the people I upstairs were showering simultaneously.

Liked hot tub, breakfast, coffee in room, choices of prime TV channels, shower, & staff let me stay an extra hour til one pm. I was there to visit a dying friend & it was nice to relax after she passed. Staff very considerate!
