The staff was very friendly. the breakfast was good and served until 10 on the weekends. there was coffee available all day. the pool was great and the checkout wasn’t until 12. the room was amazing and I was able to get a double room without having to ask. and it was only 15 minutes from fugitive beach.

the only thing that was wrong is my microwave and refrigerator didn’t work.

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was good (we loved the pancake maker!), And the pool area was nice. It was easy to find. The lady at the front desk was very nice and they had cookies at the front desk for the kids. There were plenty of ice machines everywhere.

There was a weird smell. Not that big of a deal but we did notice it. Not much else to say negatively.

We had a perfect one night stay at the Baymont while visiting the local college. The staff was extremely friendly, beds comfortable, everything very clean and a good selection at breakfast. Was going to use the gym but they have a great walking path around a lake right behind the building. Pool and hot tub looked nice, will remember to bring suits next time. Will definitely be back for future visits.

I loved the customer service. The staff at the front desk were very kind even when we asked questions and needed help throughout our stay. I love the crew that was cleaning rooms. My daughter forgot her elephant and he ran it down to her as we were packing our car. Then he came down again with her blanket. We would have had some bad nights while trying to track those down so I am very grateful he went out of his way to catch us TWICE.

I did not like that the hot tub was closed down and the "heated" pool was freezing. I booked this hotel over another because of those two things. I guess next time I'll call ahead to be sure they are working. I didn't care for the breakfast, very carb heavy. Eggs watery and no sausage. Simple and filling for the kids but not much if you can't have gluten. The pancake machine was broken down one of our two stays and that bummed the kids out.

Our room was perfect. I was traveling with my grandchildren and we got a king suite with 2 pullout sofas. The room accommodated our family perfectly. Plenty of room for everyone. The breakfast was definitely an added bonus! Food was hot, fresh and definitely good!!

Rooms were clean and I like the rooms not having carpeting felt cleaner lots to choose from at the continental breakfast receptionist was super friendly and could multi task I was impressed this is the 3rd time we have stayed with and without grandkids pool was nice also

Good location as it is right off the highway. Very nice breakfast.

Staff was pleasant, however didnt explain anything, such as breakfast times, directions to rooms, etc. Also, in the morning, no one was at the desk for check out. Keys were just placed in a container.

The lake is beautiful and the sidewalk around it makes a very comfortable break.

Well they don't advertise a workout room and have a nice pool for groups. I like to have a treadmill at least. But I jogged around the lake

Inconsistent pet prices: One price on internet, quoted price at check in and paid a different price at checkout. Charged for the safe???

Room was located away from noisy traffic. The room was quiet with a nice view of a pond in the back of the hotel and I got a good nights rest. The bedding linen was clean and comfortable. It met my expectations.

The reception from the front receptionist was a bit shrill. She sounded like she was yelling at me and asking if I had a reservation. It sounded like she had a rough day and wasn’t in the mood to deal with reservation less customers.
