Baymont by Wyndham Sullivan

Room was clean and comfortable and the room layout was nice. We were on the east side of the building, a little ways north of the elevator, and had no hall noise from other guests.

The room was hot and we could not get it cool fast enough as we were very tired from a 12 hour travel day. We ended up opening the window as was cold and rainy out. While it cooled the room down, we ended up with a lot of Interstate 40 noise throughout the night.

Nice and clean. Check-in was easy, front desk was very polite. Pool looked nice, we were too tired to use it, but it was open.

Check-out time is posted at 12:00pm. We were very tired and wanted to sleep in a little bit. Housekeeping kept trying to come in early. Little annoying. I understand they want to get cleaning done, but dang.... The bed was little hard, but that's my opinion. I have a soft bed at home.

Property maintenance worker that was using a weed eater was close to our vehicle and rocks hit our car, when we informed him he apologized but continued told us we should probably move our car. He didn’t seem to worry about any other guests car that he could have been dinging with the rocks.

The location was not far from where I needed to go. The room was clean and did NOT smell of smoke.

The front receptionist was in a hurry when I called and was a bit brusk. I would have appreciated some whole wheat bread/carb options; hardboiled eggs would add protein.

Our first time to try Baymont. The photos were very accurate representations of the property. It seems to have been completely remodeled. Bathrooms spotless with no mold and new fixtures. Beds and sheets comfortable and clean. Carpets new. Staff nice. Work out equipment a little worn but clean and working well. Pool refinished but too cold for me in late April. Hot tub very clean and not to hot. Clean towels in both rooms. Room was large. Good value with Booking. Com discount.

The was a slight odor in the halls and rooms. It went away when A/C was turned on after awhile. We carry Fabreze anyway. The counter staff told me it happens because it’s not to warm for the A/C or to cold for the heat this time of year. Just a minor thing so don’t let it put you off.

Easy access to the highway. Very close to restaurants and gas stations. Our room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The linens and towels were clean. We would stay here again. Staff was very friendly.

The property could use some updating, but I’d take comfort and cleanliness over updated amenities.

Loved the pool and hot tub, loved how clean the whole hotel was. Our room was clean, orderly, taken care of and the staff was very nice. We were there for three nights and they were so nice and changed our trash the second day. We will definitely be back.

I didn't like that they didn't take cash, but that was only because I didn't know about it. Their breakfast could have been a bit better but I'm sure that's hard right now.

Pool was great, but the hot tub was out of order.

Ran out of towels in the pool area. Hot tub wasn't working. Breakfast wasn't what I would have hoped. Not even any scrambled eggs or anything hot. Just grab & go stuff, and I saw a hair in the bagel bin.

Clean... Like having the little coffee pot for in the morning before we left and a refrigerator for my beer and vodka for the night before..lol

Being on third floor it would have been nice to have a balcony like a lot of places we stay. The towel rack in the bathroom as soon as you pick up a towel it falls off the wall that was annoying... But overall it was clean and neat we asked where we could get some good barbecue while we were down there and the lady recommended a place and it was excellent. The staff was very nice, the room was clean.

I really wish they were able to have their biscuits and gravy, and eggs. The breakfast was really good on my last stay here. This is not the hotels fault, it is due to covid. I was happy to see that they did still have a good breakfast selection.
