Comfort Inn Sullivan

Breakfast was good. Waffles, eggs, sausage, and the usual other pastries. The room was clean. AC worked well. Fridge and microwave in room. Spacious room and bathroom. First hotel with decent pool water temp and a functioning hot tub!

Nothing major, some small dingy looking things on the floor area in bathroom. Perhaps some kind of water damage? But only visually, everything worked just fine. It still looked clean.

A sold out sign posted at desk and no one around when we arrived. Had to wait for someone but check in was smooth Breakfast was until 9 which was early for a weekend. Items were being put away before then so ended up with cold cereal. If running until 9 it should accommodate guests until done.

Right off freeway and easy off/on. Decent breakfast to get you on the road. Fairly quiet.

Needs a little TLC. Blackout curtains nice but one side needed fixing on end so didn’t completely close. We were in handicap room and had a tub with handheld shower head which might a challenge for mobile challenged.

We completely enjoyed our stay! Very friendly staff, clean & comfortable rooms, breakfast was fabulous with so many options, pet friendly and the pool area was amazing. We were happy with our entire stay with this hotel. We will most definitely stay here when we return to the area. Thank you so much!!

Hotel close to the highway, so efficient. Very clean and large room. Pool!

The location is not particularly charming, but then again, it's more a road side stop than anything else. What I really take offence with is the huge generation of plastic waste at breakfast. Breakfast buffet generates more plastic waste than relevant calories. Please fix this for future generations!

Location was great. We went to the cave and other attractions and the hotel was close to everything. We had the breakfast the last morning and it was very good.

Honestly, everything was perfect. About the only "complaint" would be no cell phone charging USB ports anywhere in the room. Not an issue because we brought a tower with us, always be prepared. But, maybe for future updates.

Convenient to get to off interstate. Allowed our dogs for a VERY reasonable rate. Room felt clean, bed was comfy, and we slept well. Would stay again.

Whole room felt clean, however on the way to the room, the elevator floor wasn’t clean and it had me concerned about cleanliness of the room. Overall the room was clean and I felt comfortable staying there. Would recommend them to take the extra step to make sure the closets are vacuumed. Our closet had some dirt on it that a vacuum would easily clean up.

I love everything about this motel. The bed was extremely comfortable, the front desk clerk was super nice. The breakfast is good as it always is. The pool was cold but that is expected at any indoor pool. I will stay here anytime that I am in Sullivan.

Nice and comfy. Good location

Double charged on credit card. Staff completely uncooperative in clearimg up the issue. Took forever to clear off the card. Caused a great inconvenience for us.

It was clean, and close to the interstate

my only complaint was that there was some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. my family doesn’t have serious issues with mold but it’s not good for people in general.
