Absolutely beautiful hotel! Clean room, friendly staff, brand new salt water pool with outdoor shower, extra seating around the property including a fire pit and breakfast was included. Beds were comfortable as well as the pillows. This was one of the few hotels that I actually took pictures of because of how beautiful it was.

My only complaint was that the steps in the pool were too slippery and I actually fell getting in even after using the handrail. Thankfully, I wasn’t hurt. I also told my brother when he was getting in and he slipped too although he slipped going forward while I slipped falling backwards. Someone could get seriously hurt and the next thing you know you’ve got a lawsuit on your hands. I’ve already informed some of the staff and hopefully they will get it resolved.

This might be the cleanest and warmest hotel suite we have stayed in. I am big on the energy of a place and you can tell they take pride in making sure the stay is warm and welcoming and was exceptionally clean. The layout of the suite and the decor were lovely and I loved the personal touches like the framed guest letter. I felt the love that was put into the room and the jetted tub was very relaxing. I LOVED that they had non-disposable plates, bowls and silverware as an options in the dining area at breakfast. We very much appreciate when people don't rely on single serving disposable plastics and it shows that they do care about the environment, by not just throwing everything in the trash. The breakfast and eating area were extremely clean as well. I wish there were more Pinemark Hotels in the country, will definitely be back if we are staying in that area again!

The only thing that wasn't 100% superb was that we went for breakfast at 9am and almost everything was gone and getting cold and breakfast didn't end until 10am. We still found some things to eat like cereal, yogurt and a bit of sausage that was left and we were fine with that.

The premises are beautiful. Cleanliness of rooms is above average. The outside pool is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and ready to help even with the smallest of issues. They are independent, do most things in house, you can clearly tell they care about their customers (way more than any chain of hotels). The breakfast had an abundance of choices! I definitely recommend this hotel over any other in the area. I would go 50 miles out of my way to stay at Pinemark again!

Almost everything was perfect! If there was one thing to improve, I'd invest in blackout curtains (our room only had blinds which let a little light through).

Even with the doors on the outside of the bldg, which as a woman traveling alone I usually don't stay at, this place always feels safe and secure. The pool is clean and inviting and the staff are always helpful. The rooms are a lot more soundproof than most as I experienced both times with pet owners. I happened to stay on a night that the hotel was booked by pet owners for a local dog show and even though the dogs were outside barking I never heard a peep inside my room. I did not ask for a non-pet room and I'm not sure they have this but with my allergies, I did not experience any issues. This brings me to the air conditioning system, I usually carry a travel air purifier as I find so much dust hanging from the vents, and the dampness or moldy smell from the units creates a sinus nightmare, but, I have stayed twice now in two different rooms and they are spotless and fresh smelling and I never carried the air purifier in.

The only thing I personally dislike is that the blankets are too heavy as I'm a hot sleeper and I usually have to carry a small shawl to throw over me for a blanket, but, that is every place I stay.

This mid-century modern lived up to its reputation as being a great place to stay. Screaming fast Wi-Fi. A speed test, yes, I'm one of those types, revealed a download speed of 198 Mbps with the upload of 202. By far the fastest speeds I've ever seen in a hotel or motel. In fact, I updated 23 Apps on my iPhone in less than two minutes. Granted, the motel wasn't that busy during our stay which has a positive impact on the speed, but I've never seen anything like this - - especially with the national chains. Plenty of charging stations in your room so they are keeping themselves current. The rooms lived up to the descriptions: clean and comfortable. Our room was on the back side, so we had a vaulted ceiling. (Yay!) No carpeting - - a good thing in my opinion. Overall, they have done a great job on property improvements and maintenance. Be mindful that this property is located in the "Bible Belt", but I found the references from the bible in the artwork and the philosophy espoused by the owners to be very positive and welcoming - - and certainly not judgmental. A tricky balance unless done right. Hats off to them. They look to make the world a better place.

The bathroom had no direct vent exhaust fan, including the one in the lobby next to the breakfast area. An unknown for me is traffic noise. Our room was on the back side of the building, so we had no issues. But it's a pretty busy highway so there might noise if you are on the front side.

Provided a reliably clean and comfortable room at a convenient and well-kept location for a very reasonable price. Staff personnel were professional and friendly. Hot water! Great shower! Comfortable beds! Quiet sleep!

I don’t want to be critical of a place I like very much, but most of the included prepared buffet breakfast items (eggs, sausage, potatoes), though plentiful, we’re not tasty to my husband and me. I’m sure we are a bit picky, and we could have chosen the mini-muffins or bagels instead.

There was hard surface flooring which was excellent for traveling with dogs it was not slippery so my dog was not sliding around. Everything was clean the ease of travel with a dog was amazing and it thoroughly exceeded my expectations.

The only issue I have with this place is the amount of Bible versus and prayers on the wall of the room. I don't know if people who are not heteronormative would feel comfortable staying there with their partner.

The entire process of checking in literally took about 2 minutes. We were pleasantly surprised by how modern the room was. It was clean and cozy. The pool was spotless and salt water!! The seating was great with chaise lounges and dining type seating. Breakfast was typical but abundant. The owners definitely did a great job with the renovation.

We were in town visiting family in Union and going to the fair in Washington. Not a lot of places to stay in between those and I was dreading finding a hotel until I came across this one. Absolutely adorable! I was so excited to arrive and wish I could have stayed longer. It was so clean, everyone was so nice. I’m a Hotel snob, I work for both Hilton and Marriott and this place made me feel just at home. I will definitely be back!

Location was easily accessed. Room and common areas were very clean. Pleasant outdoor spaces to sit outside or walk my dog. Traveling alone I felt vey safe here. Very family friendly. Breakfast was simple but nice. Good selection of restaurants nearby for dinner.
