Cuba Inn

We travel with our two dogs, so we were assigned to a "pet room". We are accustomed to being a little disappointed with such rooms because they often have stained carpeting and can be a little "smelly". Not at the Cuba Inn! Our room was immaculate! The baseboards didn't even have a speck of dirt. Everything was clean, clean, clean! The flooring was fairly new vinyl plank flooring, so no smells from previous pets. The room seemed to be freshly painted and the decor was very nice. The bed was comfortable, with clean sheets and bedding. The bath towels were bright white and soft to the touch. The tv had a large number of channels, including HBO. We rate our stay a 10 out of 10. Zero complaints - zero.

We were very happy with our stay. We are used to staying in Holiday Inn Express hotels, there was not one in Cuba, so I was a little leary about staying in a motel. My husband had stayed at another hotel in Cuba and said it was not even as close to how clean and roomy as this motel was. The staff was so friendly and the rooms were very clean. They came in every day and cleaned our rooms. The rooms had plenty of room. There were a lot of outlets for all of our devices. There was a refrigerator, microwave and hair dryer. The pillows were great quality which is very important. For the price, you can not go wrong. We will stay here again on our trips back to Cuba.

The beds were way to firm for me. I bought a 2 inch mattress topper at walmart which helped.

Pleasantly surprised to find our room was clean, neat with all the necessities; no frills but just what we were looking for . No ‘free continental breakfast’ but substantially less expensive than the chain hotel just 1/4 mile away. Very nice, inexpensive restaurant just across the highway with full service meals available. We will stay at Cuba Inn again the next time we visit the area👍

This was a very nice and very clean, quiet property. We were just driving through, not really staying in the area long, but the room was excellent. A perfect place to rest our heads for the night.

When we checked in, they sprung us with a $20 pet fee that was not previously listed. They claimed they had no way to list it on this site, but I've had other hotels message me about issues after booking, so it was a bit frustrating to receive this surprise.

Very clean, very comfortable bed. Plenty of the necessary items. Close parking. Near restaurants. Safely lite parking lot.

The fridge was not working. I had to move and plug into another outlet. Bathroom light is not bright enough. The shower is a bit slippery, could use a grab bar. Parking lot needs some filling in

Location was right off the highway, big sign easy to find. It was an older motel that has been renovated, very nice! Room was very comfortable, clean and everything worked. Staff was very helpful. It was an amazing value for the money.

Had a little issue with the door lock, reported it and it was fixed right away. Really no negatives.

Cuba Inn is just in the 46 Highway but it's very quiet. Of course you can hear the cars but it's not a problem at all. Room are clean and beds are very confortable. It has no breakfast, but the price is very competitive and I was able to sleep and rest perfectly

It was very clean. The king size bed was comfortable. There was a fridge & microwave and cool A/C. Right off the highway but not too noisy. Overall it was very good for the price. Perfect place to stay after a day on the river. So many chain hotels advertise amenities like a pool or breakfast then when you arrive, you find out they aren't available. This place doesn't lie to you. Don't leave the town of CUBA without checking out the 20+ murals painted all over town. Wonderful!

There was no ice machine. If you ask, they will give you a small bag of ice at the front desk. I understand with all the people floating it may be hard to keep an ice machine full. For the money you save staying here, you can buy ice and drinks for your cooler!

Staff are the go out of their way to help you type. Location is prime right off of the highway but far enough that it's background noise. Room was immaculate. A bit older but it's obvious they spend a lot of time keeping it clean. It was such a peaceful stay I added another night. Great hotel

Location was convenient and off the highway. The guy checking us in was nice. Room was very nice and clean. Comfortable beds, clean linen and towels, shower and toilet worked fine, air conditioning was good and cool, and it was a friendly and safe environment. I had no problem staying in this hotel for the night.

Only downside was the wifi connection wasn't the best.
