I think that I should get some discount for the breakfast that was advertised but not available. I even went in and tried to book the same hotel just to be sure that breakfast was included in the booking price. The person at the desk was very helpful. Not sure why but I had to have my key card reprogrammed everyday. Considering those way very few choices in the area I was okay with this stay. I could have paid the Additional 200.00 and stayed at the Holiday Inn just down the road. Would I been happier who knows but I would have been poorer for my short stay.

Just a little upgrading.

This property is an older style motel that is very well kept and clean. It is adjacent to I70. I have stayed here previously and it meets my needs quite well and is reasonably priced.

Location does have Interstate noise.

The owner is really nice. It's in a great location, access to the highway and lots of restaurants. Safe area and had no issues.

Walls were dirty and bathroom towel rack was barely hanging on as well as the extra lock on the door.

Good room, plenty of hot water. Close to everything/everywhere I was going in Kansas City. Friendly no hassle staff. For us smokers it was great to find a place that still offers a smoking room. If you are a coffee drinking bring your own pot and coffee. Room comes with the mini coffee pot.

I think the continental breakfast should have/ could have been served. I know we are still in a wary covid mode, but canned juices, little milks, individual muffins, apples and the like could have been put out.

Manager did everything to get our room ready as I was early,It was near stores easy access to highway ,was quiet

Very nice stay. Room was clean fresh bedding and towels. Room had fresh clean smell. Lot was well lighted with good parking. Staff was friendly and nice. Will stay here again

There were no complaints. Hotel was good and clean. Staff was friendly and polite. Lot was clean and quite. Great hotel in good area. Close to Walmart and restaurants.

The hotel is right on the freeway and you can hear the trucks passing all night. The hotel is in the process of upgrading all the rooms. An on going process. Needs to start serving breakfast as there is nothing close.

Noise. Manager was bored and wanted to keep talking.

Location and open grassy areas with large rocks for sitting.

Advertised as "Pet Friendly" however, a sign in the lobby defines "Pet" as a quiet dog under 20 lbs. A limit of two dogs. Cats and Other pets are not allowed. There are also signs posted around the property banning "Pooping and Peeing" on the lawn. There is a large gravel parking area in the rear or the Walmart across the street has grass.
