The room was cozy and clean. The beds were comfortable. A very nice pool and hot tub. And An overall well put together and yummy breakfast.

The only real complaint I would have and I'm not sure it's a complaint is that the elevator is in the middle of the building. We were on the 3rd floor on on the North side of the building. But stairs are the only thing on that side. 3 flights of stairs. So to take stuff up and down it was kinda a long haul. Not sure If there would even be a way to remedy that but that was the only down side. I would still recommend this hotel.

The check in was extremely quick, fastest check in I've ever had at a motel. The room was spacious and right off the elevator, which made it easy to load and unload. The breakfast had a good variety and was fresh and well-stocked. Pool and hot tub were great! Pool was warm and the hot tub was, well, hot. :) Check out was simple and straightforward, no issues at all. The staff was all polite and professional, the entire property was clean and well maintained. Would gladly stay here again.

very easy to get to right off the internet state. the clerk that checked us in greeted us and was very proficient in checking us in we had two rooms booked and she took it on herself to anticipate we would want adjoining rooms. about a half hour after we were checked in and had settled in to the rooms the area was under a tornado warning we were told where to gather until the all clear was given. the same clerk that checked us in made sure we were aware of what was going on and she got everyone to a safe place. lucky that nothing happened and it was o we in about 15 minutes..

pillow selection was limited to the really soft pillows that go flat when you lay on them. I didn’t ask if there were other options so if they were then that’s on me..

The room was well furnished and very clean. The beds were comfortable, the flat screen TV was good size, and there were many of outlets for charging electronic devices. There were plenty of soft towels in the bathroom, and the shower worked well. Room ventilation was quiet and effective. This was one of the better complementary breakfasts I’ve had when traveling, many choices and quite tasty. the staff was efficient and friendly. I would say this is an excellent choice for lodging in this location.

Staff was very helpful. Having the pool was great with the grandkids. Breakfast was fantastic. There were lots of choices for everyone, and the worker was very friendly.

The bathroom, while clean, the caulking job around the tub was in need of repair. What was done was sloppy. It just gave us a bit of a feeling of what other short cuts were taken.

Signage at front desk, and at check in, said weekend hours breakfast started at 7AM. Dining Staff mentioned they were ready since 6 AM...like on week Days.. Miscommunication if they may start before 7 AM..(ie with large number travelers). All was good!

Breakfast was nice. First day the "server" was very efficient and friendly. Second day the "server" (different person) was not friendly and didn't keep tables wiped.

Room 326 needs carpet cleaning. Large spot near desk and far bed. Room was at 60 degrees when first entered. BRRRR!!! Hard to keep the room at a desired temperature.

The location was right off I80 and is very convenient for travelers. There are lots of restaurant options in the near vicinity. The breakfast was typical but very tasty. Fruit and yogurt were also provided. The main strength of this place is its staff. They are so polite and helpful. I would like to specially acknowledge Jesse who checked me in. Jesse was so helpful kind and polite. He made my first visit at Kearney very warm.

A good property made better by a really good breakfast experience. This was the result of having a dedicated staff member keep everything clean and the breakfast options topped-up. in addition, having a well appointed breakfast room (rather than having to eat in reception), plus NOT having Fox News and rather the Weather Chanel on the TV made it even more enjoyable.

Having pets on all levels of the hotel. PLEASE keep them to the ground floor. Being woken up to yapping dogs when the third floor is not a pleasant experience.

I've stayed here on three visits (2018, 2020, 2022) to see the Spring migration of Sandhill Cranes. I stay for two nights and use it as a base for dawn and sunset forays to sites on the Platte River. It's a good location near the interstate in Kearney, is quiet and comfortable, and has a good hot breakfast. I plan to keep using this place. Kearney itself is interesting. The MONA is closed for renovations now but is excellent, as is the Archway.
