We loved the cleanliness of the whole hotel. It still had that ‘new construction’ aroma.

They were short on staff so our room was not available until after we returned from having supper. We were surprised there was no elevator to reach the upper floors. We were thankful we had minimal luggage to haul up and down the stairs.

Accessibility. Shannon was exceptional. She made it possible for my parents to be on the ground floor she and the evening crew ( I’m sorry I didn’t get her name) was so accommodating and friendly. Thank you!😊

Breakfast was pretty lame. Coffee was not well made every morning also not many choices no hot food for 3 mornings during their stay.

Breakfast was like most of the other motels we have stayed in. It was fine.

It would be an asset to the guests if there was an elevator in the middle section of the motel. Very unhandy to walk in the front door then have to go to either north or south end of the hallway, then upstairs and back toward the middle to get to the room. It would improve things to have a stairway close to the front desk area.

The room was great. The staff was excellent.

There was suppose to be a lounge and restaurant. The restaurant not open. The next morning we went for breakfast and there was hardly any food. They said they had a wedding group there before and most of the food was eaten by them.

Everything was very clean. Staff was pleasant. Easy parking and great location in Holdrege.

Breakfast was fine but the staff seemed to struggle to keep up with demand. Rooms are small. The only chair was a desk chair; not comfortable if you spend any extra time in the room. Bed was comfy. Price seemed very high for a small town but maybe that’s what people will pay for what appeared to be the nicest place to stay in town.

the lady that checked us in is amazing. I don’t remember her name but she was a lady of color and we absolutely loved her. so kind and caring. you have a gem working for you and we hope you realize that. she’s a great reminder of how people In general should be

Very Clean. Lovely town. Had a great stay and went on our way the next morning. Excellent stopover location.

The mattress in Room 108 should be replaced. It has been damaged and sinks like a well on the window-side of the bed.

Facility seemed very clean, and the staff was very professional and helpful.

Wish there was an elliptical in the workout room. The only other critique would be the lack of a pool and or Jacuzzi.

Whenever I come through I always stay here. It may be a little bit more pricey, but for me it is very much worth the price. Spacious clean rooms, great breakfast, excellent staff! Whenever I come through I make it a point to stop here.

Location was great for our travels. Bed and room were very comfortable. It was quiet, which is wonderful. Did smelled clean. Great!

Only thing we were surprised by was the refrigerator. It had not been cleaned after someone else's stay.
