This property is amazing! the pool area alone would cause me to book again. Two large water slides, small water slides and dumping bucket area for younger kids, huge hot tub and pool with basketball in the water. Nice decor and beds in the rooms. Restaurant on site is very nice with good staff and good food. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Loved the reading lights in the rooms and large desk/countertop area

only trouble we had was the printer I’m the lobby didn’t work but the front desk staff is amazing and just typed what I needed herself and used the printer at the front desk

The only issue I encountered was trying to contact the front desk. I was arriving later than expected and wanted to make sure my reservation wasn’t cancelled but the phone was beeping like it was off the hook. I was able to contact the restaurant inside the hotel and the fabulous employee there took my message and delivered it to the front desk.

The rooms were standard. The beds were comfortable. The pool, hot tub, and the slides were the best feature we enjoyed! We didn’t have time to enjoy the arcade/game room. Within walking distances to other nice restaurants and a little lake you could walk by.

The only thing I did not like was just having a slight wait at the front desk to get help.

Loved the waterpark and clean modern rooms.

It was shocking that this expensive of a room did not come with a breakfast of some type included. Even cheaper hotels include a breakfast. With the waterpark at this location it obviously will have children staying there so not having a breakfast included is not helpful at all

The decor was modern and very up-to-date. The layout of hotel was really good. Parking was close and in the back. You do not have to walk by lobby to get to pool. Laundry was big with new machines. The indoor water park was just right size. The water park was super clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly.

We liked the fun pool area and the nice modern feel of the hotel.

Because of the water park a lot of families stay there and we had many kids running by our room early in the morning and late at night being very noisy and I think the hotel should have quiet hours or signs advising people not to be so loud. I’ve seen other hotels with similar signage.

Everything was perfect. It was quiet, my kiddos spilled crumbs all over the floor and house keeping came up right away and vacuumed for us. Everyone was very knowledgeable in any questions we asked. We've stayed at crowned twice now and each time has been wonderful.

There's no breakfast. :'(

A great place for family! No need to go anywhere, it’s here! Waterpark, pool, hot tub, restaurant, snack market, Starbucks, boutique. Rooms were quiet, beds & pillows comfy.

I didn’t realize when I purchased a group of rooms that they all didn’t include complimentary breakfast.

The kids loved the pool and splash pad area. The employees were so sweet when we purchased snacks and drinks. They even provided plastic plates and silverware for our pizza that we ordered.

For the price of the hotel it would be really nice to have a complimentary breakfast. We search for hotels specifically have a complimentary breakfast. We live close and came for the Waterpark for the kids.

the staff were all really friendly and helpful. I’m autistic and stress interacting with people, however every staff member I came into contact with greeted us with a smile and friendly demeanor. it was our first time staying here and we had a beautiful experience. thank you

I didn’t like that we couldn’t stay longer lol cause everything was so perfect
