Reception was fast, even though they were busy. The nice lady was new, told me so, but I wouldn't have picked up on it otherwise. Also got a good Reco for food.

That the water in this part of NB seems to lather the soap well .. but the soap won't fully rinse off .. took 5 minutes longer to shower as I felt I was still soapy. This isn't the fault of the hotel though.

This was the favorite hotel we stayed at on a long trip. The room was spacious and very clean. It was nice to have dimmer lights above the beds. Breakfast was great. The pool was warm, and we had a great time swimming. The hotel had a high end feeling without being too expensive.

we had stopped last year when almost everyone was closed. your manager last year was wonderful, told us that the hotel was clean and safe. informed us of the restaurant down the street was good, another not so much. this was in jan 2020 and the next day heavy snow was in the weather, he suggested that we start early and he would have the coffee ready for us, (think he had 3 guests) but coffee was ready at 5 when we came down. this year we stayed and it was still wonderful service along with staff and your night manager. will stay often

We liked that our room was so clean and it was very quiet as well. We also liked that there were several restaurants to walk to. Breakfast was also nice and there was plenty of space to sit.

Everything was great

Breakfast was great! Appreciated the powdered sugar for the waffles and the fountain drink machine. Beautiful area and beautiful hotel. Our suite was lovely. Front desk staff was very friendly!

Really the only downfall was one of tv’s would not work and said no signal. We didn’t ask for help though, we just watched the other one.

The lobby, the room, the pool, and all the public areas were clean, updated, and welcoming. Everything was clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, this was a great place to stay, and after the traveling we'd been doing, it was the right spot for us.

Nothing. Everything was good. The only draw back was not the fault of the local hotel, but was related to the breakfast during the pandemic we are currently facing. Breakfast options in the bagged breakfast were good for what we were provided.

Very friendly staff! Room was quiet, clean, and very accommodating for our group. Good selection of food at breakfast.

The breakfast was not good, especially for people with food sensitivities. However, we understand it’s because of Covid. Normally the breakfast is good.

This is minor but we don’t understand why there aren’t fans in the bathrooms!! The lack of is quite annoying.

A little pricey than places we stay in comparison to same star rating or higher most I have ever paid for 1 night hotel and we stay at a lot of hotels with using booking app
