Hilton Garden Inn Omaha West

Great location if you're in the area for a procedure at Nebraska Medical Center. Be sure to call beforehand for the medical discount. Close to great shopping areas and restaurants. Room was very clean and check in was a breeze.

Some minor maintenance things should be addressed (rusty door frames, vent in bathroom doesn't work, some rust around shower door, minor hard water stains) The bed is very hard and not comfortable.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Making pancakes for my 2 children as a request. She, I believe her name was Kelly, did so in a friendly manner and made my children feel special. The ladies at the front desk were courteous and welcomed questions, suggesting places to eat and to shop. This trip was during Christmas.

At this time, nothing negative stands out or even registers on myself.

Everything from the first time walking in and leaving the hospitality was excellent. They gave us a shuttle to take my family to and brought us back when we were done during the night. Bar was amazing and the room service too 1000% recommended them to anyone. We will definitely be back for sure!

Great location for us on our getaway, funny bone is close, vast amount of restaurants with in close proximity to the hotel. Clean, quiet room, soft pillows and medium-firm mattress was perfect for us. Pleasant staff, would stay again.

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD; WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE BISCUITS AND GRAVY THE LOCATION WAS VERY GOOD FOR WHAT WE WERE DOING IN TOWN. EVERYTHING WAS VERY CLEAN.

THE COFFEE POT IN THE ROOM DIDNT WORK; THE SINK WAS CLOGGED BUT TAKEN CARE OF. NO OTHER COMPLAINTS

The rooms and the breakfast you do have to pay for your breakfast separately from your hotel stay !! But it was well worth it ! They take your order and make it in the kitchen!! Very nicely fresh Squeezed orange juice !!

The location of our room. It was right there. Easy to get to. General location of hotel was great. Foyer at check in was clean, inviting. The beds were comfortable, room temp was good.

The room was a little dated. Bathroom older. Was something on the countertop??? The hot breakfast was so so. Eggs good and hot, potatoes were over cooked and hard, bacon was semi warm. Thought it was a little pricey especially since the room was on the higher end also.

Location in relation to the medical center.

I was told by the surgical center that Hilton provided a discount price for individuals undergoing surgery, but that was not the case.

The hotel was clean and conveniently located off highway and near shopping/event venue. The hotel offered shuttle service to and from our event venue. The bed was comfortable and there was no hallway/outside noise.

There is nothing that I did not like about the stay. No complaints.

The service for resulving my issue is escellent and I am very happy for the result.

My final price includes breakfast as per my reservation but the hotel charged me axtra for breakfast even I showed my reservation to the staff.
