Staybridge Suites Omaha West, an IHG Hotel

Location was right next to my place of work so it was very convenient. There were plenty of places to eat and shop nearby. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. I enjoyed having a fridge. I never got breakfast but there seemed like there were plenty of options.

I didn't know where the stairs were located and neither did the housekeeper I asked. There was also a strange banging noise that would happen every 15-30 minutes out of the bathroom area. It woke me up a few times. The shower pressure was way too hard.

Friendly staff, the room was really cool. It was a nice vacation hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. Loved the updated features.

There were scuff marks on walls in room, rust stains on the freezer door, the bed skirt was stained, there had been a leak from the toilet as there was a dry cream colored patch under the back of the toilet on floor, the room must not hv been even because the shower doors would open while u were taking a shower and the door to the bathroom would never stay closed unless it was locked, and the pool never had towels & the chlorine was extremely strong.

Breakfast was great! Bathrooms were clean and people friendly...most important couple things

Yoga Ball in weight room was flat...definitely important part of working out for me when traveling as my back tightens up and when requested some help with it to the front desk, there was never any follow up.

Staff very friendly I had to stay an extra day and staff was very helpful. there were no towels at the pool and upon requesting they were promptly brought.

Got a suite with the intention to use the sofa bed. Upon checking groom there were no linens for sofa bed. called front desk and found out they didn't have any clean. was able to get 2 mattress covers to use for the sofa bed. How can cleaning staff leave a suite with a sofa bed without anything to put on it? Had to borrow a blanket from a friend that lives in Omaha.

It was clean and smelled fresh. This was supposed to be my and my husbands honeymoon, but he was I’ll and I had a family function to attend so I came solo.

The pool room was closed. Wish the website had mentioned that.

the location was perfect to areas we planned to visit. The room was nice and the people were kind.

The shower, shower curtain, and coffee maker weren’t working well or in good working condition.

it was awesome. the lady who served it helped me pick out the items I was looking for and she even told me some places to visit in the area that I later enjoyed.

there was was some old take out in my fridge in the room from the last guest and the bathroom toilet and light switch had brownish red fingerprint-like smudges on them. i dont know wat they were but I just cleaned it all up.

With covid restrictions everything is in a turmoil. Your staff did an excellent job to make our stay as good as it could be. I should have caught the name of the wonderful lady serving eggs and bacon in the morning. She was working so hard to serve everyone in an area that was set up for self serve only. Fantastic job!

Like the hot breakfast and everything convient for us. Was a birthday get together that we didn’t want weather to ruin. So a proactive stay

Would have liked lower 1st floor room with our dogs. Otherwise everything great
