The people were really nice and very helpful. When I had a question or needed their help, they responded right away. I had a problem with the receit and it was handled right away.

As a European the breakfast wasn't really for me. However I enjoyed a Yoghurt and some scrambled eggs with a glas of juice and it was ok. Furthermore, not really an issue, and again this might be the European in me talking. The fridge next to the reception had nearly everything except for water. But again, complaining on a very high level.

Everything was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast looked very clean and nicely prepared. Facilities seemed fairly new and updated. Everything functioned as it should. Would gladly stay there again.

Needs better seating in the room. The only chair had hardly any back on it so was terribly uncomfortable watching TV. There was plenty of room for better seating. Location of hotel is somewhat remote from restaurants etc. But a 5-15 minute drive will get you to those places.

Great location. Room had wonderful western view of the sunset. Breakfast large assortment of items both hot and cold.- and it is free!

Price to high for this star-level hotel. Value should have been better. Computer systems down frequently (front desk). No computer or printer in Libby to use. It was broken. They knew it wasn’t working and there no plan to fix it apparently. TV quality poor.

The room was comfortable. We liked being on top floor with no one above us (bad experience at a previous Holiday Inn in Ontario, Oregon. Big dog in room above us). Night desk clerk was great. Missed breakfast so can't speak to that.

There was a towel from previous guest hanging behind bathroom doior. Something person cleaning room should check for. A minor thing but hasn't happened before. Otherwise, no complaints.

So clean and smelled great. Rita checked me in and was so friendly and professional. She had me checked in so fast and was smiling the whole time. She checked me out the next morning with same friendly smile. Thanks Rita you were the cherry on my stay.

Friendly staff , clean , close to golf course , My husband was in an accident, and they were very helpful to switch to a two bed room instead of a king bed . Hot tub was relaxing. Pool area was clean.

The breakfast area was out of a lot of things , even at 6:15 in the morning. No meat, no condiments, and not willing fill them .

accommodations are wonderful, as is the breakfast.

For the second time when using Booking.com to book the stay, and after asking front desk on second time to not bill credit card for room as we paid on booking.com, you got it…. They are hitting our CC and I’ve got to deal with it again….

Good breakfast. Some items needed repair and were not done. (Door lock) no tissues in room. Conditioner dispenser did not work. Directions for Heating/AC would be helpful. All else was GREAT.

We traveled from AZ to Minn through South Dakota and back to Az. We had to get several Hotels along the trip, we stayed here for 5 days LOVE IT!!!!! Other places couldn't even come close to this one, Breakfast was just starting back up with the Covid, but it was great when it did open, thank you for a wonderful stay
