The room was bigger than what I imagined. Hotel rooms tend to feel crowded with 6 people but not this hotel room. Breakfast was pretty good with a wide variety of food. We didn't use/need it but I liked how there was a mini store with drinks and snacks in the lobby to purchase.

The hotel looked like it was undergoing some renovation. Our bathroom was big but the door wouldn't close all the way and the handle was lose so it was hard to pull shut. The elevator had broken tiles in it and the pool ladder was loose and wobbly

The lady who is in charge of breakfast was a pleasure to meet. She was there most of the time we were there. Breakfast was Great. She asked if we needed anything and we were Great. Joshua, is a Great asset to your Hotel. We needed more towels and he was happy to accommodate. You need to give special recognition to both of these great employees you have. My room was not ready when we rolled in and they upgraded our room at no extra charge. It was beautiful.

The Hotel was short housekeepers. We were there only 2 days and had to get extra towels and dump our own trash. With 2 days left on our stay. I decided to not have our room cleaned until after we left. This is how it is with help. I understand there is plenty of places looking for help and can not get them.

they are currently remodeling and therefore there was some construction around the site and floors. They gave us a newly remodeled the room and it was very nice. The beds have a very nice sheets and we’re quite comfortable.

Interstate traffic noise made for a long night. Also people talking in adjoining room was quite loud. More soundproofing would have been welcomed.

super friendly staff. in the middle of a remodel and we got a ‘new’ room. it was beautiful. breakfast was filling and good. family loved it. would go back and highly recommend.

chlorine was pretty potent in the pool area.

This was a great experience ! The hotel was very clean I could smell Pine Sol when I walked in the door. The staff was super nice on every shift, knowledgeable of the area and things to do and places to go .The room was very clean and comfortable, My UV Light did not detect anything which is a huge PLUS ! Our bed had a good mattress very comfortable, and slept well. The variety at breakfast was just right. The pool and spa was comforting. This is a family friendly environment yet offers a business aspect as well. Due to Covid restrictions they do not offer room service each day, however the front desk was very accommodating with replacing towels, washcloths, trash bags etc..

The only thing I would have liked to be better is the location, Its easily accessible to the highway, however there is not much to do around it since it sits in a remote location, if you like Peace & Quiet this is the ideal space. They are building up so I'm hoping when I make it back next year there will be a variety of other things to do around the hotel. Legends is a great bar , family friendly across the parking lot, good appetizers and great drinks the staff is super nice there as well.

The room and hallways smelled amazing (clean smell) staff was friendly and remembered us from our last stay at this location. Breakfast was great!!

We had issues with the toilet and had to use another room further down from ours to use the restroom. That was a pain! But they got it fixed and we were back to one room.

Breakfast every day was very good. We used the pool, hot tub, and the weight room during our stay. All of them were clean and well-maintained. The location was perfect for what we wanted to do in Omaha.
