Accommodations were clean, spacious, and met our needs. The staff was professional, kind and helpful with one exception of the problem when we checked in. The location was great. We took several walks from the hotel to nearby shops, restaurants and just to sight see in the immediate neighborhood. The location was convenient to highways making travel to and from the hotel easy.

Be very cautious when checking in, especially in the evening. Front desk staff member was in a hurry to check us in. As a result, we were charged twice. Although the hotel cancelled one of the transactions, it took 3 full business days for the money to be returned to our account.

Staff was awesome! Beautiful hotel quiet room and location. Beds n pillows VERY comfortable. Outdoor sitting area was amazing + there was a grill!

☹️ The only bad thing I have to say is the cleanliness of our room 329. We went to pull out the sofa bed n there were stains on the cushion covers,move the cushions n lots of crumbs,open the bed fully n more crumbs. After a bit I went n sat in the chair by the night stand n with the window open sun shining on the dresser you could easily see the filth build up on the front of the dresser🤢

free laundry was nice, great location, friendly staff, the kitchen was nice and convenient

breakfast was somewhat lacking -- ran out of milk, juice -- items not avail over a few days, fitness room a/c was not working -- it was 84 degrees in the room, our key cards had to be reprogrammed 2 days in a row, the in room trash can was waaay to small for a room with a kitchenette, the pull-out sofa bed mattress was torn/missing foam chunks and had obvious staining, additionally there were no sheets for the sofa bed -- it really was icky.

Our rooms were clean. We had a two bedroom suite. The bedrooms were set up perfect for us. We had a corner suite so it was quiet. Good breakfast.

There are three beds in the two bedroom suite indicating several people will be staying but there is only a small couch in the living room. A small sectional would be nice for more seating.

Breakfast is always great a Staybridge. They have great varieties and great times. Love the rooms with the kitchens that comes with dishes and ways to cook. It really helps when our family travels.

The pull out sofas could use an upgrade.

Friendly staff

I've stayed I believe 15 days on 3 separate trips and thought I was getting points on my membership. But after looking at my account, I have no points. Very disappointed and have more plans to stay again but may have to find another place that does honor their points

Location, size of room, ability to cook and indoor pool, free laundry facility, evening meals (of sorts)j, breakfast and breakfast hours.

Sometime access to parking was difficult

Location was great, staff was friendly, great breakfast selection. Free washers and dryers, and food m-w was a great plus. Full kitchen and 2 bedrooms was wonderful.

No hot tub, and beds weren't the most comfortable

I liked it all staff is friendly place is clean room are clean and comfortable feels more like home than a motel and having a kitchen is great indoor pool is a plus along with the free laundry and tasty breakfast

There's nothing I didn't like it's always a pleasure to go to staybridge on downtown omaha

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly.

We had to be out of the hotel at 7:00 to get to our event so we did not get breakfast at the hotel as they did not start serving until later.
